It’s a bad idea to teach your Pokemon all attacking moves. You need support moves too like Substitute and recovery and stat-boosting moves. It will make winning against opponents a whole lot easier.

Venusaur is a perfect example of a Pokemon that relies on support moves more than attacking. With a combination of Leech Seed and Sleep Powder, Saur can prevent the opponent from attacking and gradually sap away its health. Sludge Bomb is used for Grass types who are otherwise immune to Leech Seed. Earthquake should only be used if you have major trouble with Fire/Steels, but you should save your Earthquake TM for a better physical attacker.

Arcanine
Howl
Extremespeed
Iron Tail
Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat

That's one too many fire moves. And besides, Arcanine should be used more as a physical attacker because it learns far better physical attacks (and its Attack is higher than its Special Attack). So here's the plan - breed Growlithe with a Poochyena or Whismur to get Howl, then evolve it and level it up to 49 for Extremespeed. Teaching it Iron Tail lets it handle any Rock types in your way. Your fire attack is up to you: use Flamethrower for consistent damage, Fire Blast for power, or Overheat for greater power with a penalty in sp. attack (but you won't need your sp. attack since you'll be physically attacking).

Poliwrath
focus punch
hydro pump/Bulk Up
Substitute
Earthquake

Don't use Focus Punch withou Substitute, otherwise you can't guarantee that you won't get hit. Hydro Pump is nice for STAB, but you may want to go with Bulk Up since Poliwrath is more of a physical Pokemon and it'll help your Subs last longer against enemy physical assualts. Earthquake takes care of Electric types.

Scizor
steel wing/Silver Wind
Swords Dance
Agility
Baton Pass

Eew, don't use Hyper Beam. If you've been paying attention to my other team rates, you'll know why Hyper Beam sucks. Anyways, Scizor is another Pokemon that works great on support moves. Swords Dance and Agility to sharply raise both your Attack and Speed. If you can handle the opponent, then attack, but if it's something like a Steel, Fire, or Electric type then Baton Pass to another one of your team mates. They'll enjoy the same Attack and Speed boosts that Scizor does, turning them into physical powerhouses.
Ideally, you'll also want Silver Wind, which can boost all of your stats, but you'll have to breed with a Butterfree or Venomoth to get it.

crobat @Choice Band
shadow ball
Aerial Ace
Sludge Bomb
Steel Wing

Now Crobat is one Pokemon that does fine with all attack moves as long as you stick a Choice Band on it. Use it's great speed to your advantage as you outrun opponents and hit them with a boosted Attack. This is one Poison type that does not fear Psychics as it can outspeed them all and kill them with a Shadow Ball. Aerial Ace and Sludge Bomb for STAB moves, and Steel Wing to hit Rock types.

Your team is too physically oriented so you’ll want a special attacker as your final member. Something like Gengar or Alakazam works.
You also need more defense on this team. You can use Slowbro over Poliwrath and/or Weezing over Crobat. They may be slow, but they have great defenses and can last for a longer time.

Espeon would also be a good choice for the 6th spot on the team. This is a time where I will suggest CM Espy over Espyblock (e4 Espy).

Even though this is in-game, use Hidden Power and find the type for the move.
If it is:
Fire
Water
Ice
Electric
Dark
Grass

Keep.

If it is not, replace it with Light Screen.

Just a quick feedback... i have to go soon..

I got ivysaur, crobat and growlithe above lv 30 already

both venusaur and crobat doesnt have sludgebomb to learn on their own... there is only one tm for sludgebomb so which one is the better pokemon for it?

same for venusaur and poliwrath on earthquake

also for scizor and crobat on steel wing

I kind of didnt learn sleep powder for venusaur but leech seed is still there

No worries on sleep powder, ask a friend that has emerald version to take your venusaur to the move tutor in fallarbor town. For a heart scale, the tutor lets venusaur learn any move that he learned previously. Its worth it, sleep powder is good combined with leach seed on Venusaur. For your sludge bomb problem... I have no idea...=)

Well, you’re going to have to trade with another game anyways if you ever plan on evolving Scyther into Scizor. Just use the TMs from there. Preferably, you should trade with a Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald version so that you can get a Poochyena or Whismur to breed with your Growlithe.

I’d go with Abra.

You already have Poliwrath, so an extra fighting type is unneeded (although Machamp is a much better Fighter than Poliwrath).

You already have 2 Pokemon weak against ice, so a Dragonite will only make that worse.
