No STAB'd attack and 3 attacks that don't have 100% accuracy (2 with less than 80) makes this a set that is best avoided. There are far better Toxistallers that don't get owned by the first hit they come across.

EVs: 212 HP/158 ATK/100 DEF

Rock Slide
Curse/Bulk Up

Earthquake
Curse. Regirock doesn't need speed to get his job done.

EVs: 252 SPD/252 SA/6 HP
Flamethrower
Psychic
Thunderpunch
Hidden Power [Ice]
Psychic does nothing on this set.

EVs: 252 ATK/100 HP/100 SA/58 DEF
Nature: Naughty (ATK+/SD-)
Psychic
Agility
Rock Slide
Meteor Mash
Again, Psychic does nothing for Agiligross. Meteor Mash hits plenty hard on Weezing as is, and you have a stronger STAB'd Psychic in Gardevoir. Speed should be enough to get up to 370 or so, so 185 would definitely do the trick.

EVs: 220 SA/70 DEF/100 SD/100 HP/20 SPD
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
Reflect
Wish
Psychic
Fire Punch
Actually, this set looks like it could work well. The EVs are definitely iffy though.

Surf
Ice Beam
Haze
Wish
Standard stuff.

Swampert can stay in the whole match and never be KO'd. Having a 90 accuracy, 2 turn attack that is non-STAB'd on a Flygon with no Atk EVs is also a concern. And unlike Protect, you have no choice but to complete the attack the next turn, meaning you will get hit when you could be switching out.
