Ugly owns all

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Ice Punch
- Substitute/Fire Punch
- Thunderbolt

Drop Psychic for something else because most likely, Thunderbolt and Ice Punch can handle all the things that Psychic can, making it a waste. I would try Substitute or Fire Punch.

Fearow (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Quick Attack
- Return

Standard

Hitmontop (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 188 HP / 32 Atk / 104 Spd / 184 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Triple Kick
- Bulk Up
- Rest
- Rock Slide

Hitmontop doesn't have the defenses to use Rest (unless you want to do Chestorest like you mentioned). I like Triple Kick better on him, since breaking subs is much more important than accuracy.

Lanturn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 116 SAtk / 36 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Substitute/Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave/Toxic
- Thunderbolt

Fine, but I don't like C-Ray on Lanturn. Try Substitute for 101 subs or Surf for Double STAB. Toxic can also be another option over T-Wave.

Cradily (M) @ Leftovers ** ImUgly
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Atk / 48 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Barrier
- Mirror Coat
- Recover
- Rock Slide

Yeah ok, but this thing is begging for stuff to set up on it.

Gligar (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Quick Attack
- Swords Dance

QA can kill a lot of faster Pokes wit ha few SDs, so I would keep it. Your choice though.

Hard hitters like Hitmonlee can really hurt this team, since you have no proper fighting resistance.
A pretty good UU team all in all.

EVs:140 Hp/ 252 Atk / 118 Spd

Umm.. no. What if Hitmonlee's out and Fearow isn't? Fearow will die to a STABed CBed Hi-Jump-Kick/Brick Break/Focus Punch on the switch. Even though a tard will only send Hitmonlee against a Fearow, Lee can easily switch out on the in-coming Drill Peck to something like Aggron that can easily resist the attack.

Just because a Pokemon can OHKO another doesn't make it a counter.

im not sayin it is...im just sayin if hitmonlee is out and kills 1 of frost's pokes then u switch in fearow and he survies a mach punch and it will kill it....well ur right on the switch to aggron etc. but im just sayin in that situation

EDIT: o and on lanturn confuse ray over ice beam on the set i suggested...i was just thinking t-bolt and surf and cover wat ice beam hits expect for dragons and the only 1 ur gonna run itno is altaria...which isnt that common

Whoa i just realized that i didn't even have a surfer... Ok ill change Lanturn. b0r3d im so shocked that u suggest a change in cradily, trying to make it less effective?? =D Mirror coat goes along with Barrier as a taunt and wworks effectively so no changes there. Parafuse is very effective on Lanturn... Cradily can take on fightings as long as it doesnt come in on the attack as barrier will block nearly all attacks.

Psychic sucks unstabbed, put something like Light Screen in there or HP Grass to OHKO Golem (it'll do next to zero to Lanturn anyway). If you have this as a starter, the it's probably to beat those CB Fearrow leaders, which you won't because you're slower. I'd suggest Timid because of that. Manectric is a much better optio than Buzz tbh seeing it has a chance at hurting Sp. Sponges

Fearow (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Quick Attack
- Return

Fighting>Ground to have somethig to hit Solrock on the predicted switch in.

Hitmontop (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 188 HP / 32 Atk / 104 Spd / 184 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Bulk Up
- Rest
- Rock Slide

o, Chesto sucks, you'll want the constant heal of Leftovers. Go 252 HP at all times, 72 Attack, 104 Speed and 80 Sp. Defence with a Careful Nature. When making a spread ad you give the stat you boosted with a Nature less than 172 EVs, then you should always boost the pokemon with a Nature that favours its highest stat (excluding HP) and reduce the EVs given to that stat so you would have the same before. Those Leftover EVs will then be put in the stat favoured i the first place. If you notice, it'll be higher than when you favoured it. I'll prove so myself
Say you were usig a Cloyster with this EV spread

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

It would have 304 HP/ 438 Defence/ 250 Sp. Attack.

Now if we give it a Nature that raises its Defence, say Bold but you keep the same stat by reducing EVs and puttig them in Sp. Attack, we'll get

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Def / 244 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Which will have the same amount of HP, the same Defence and 267 Sp. Attack which is 17 points higher than if you had used Modest

Lanturn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 116 SAtk / 36 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Surf > Cofuse Ray tbh. I'd just go 252 HP/252 Sp. Attack

Cradily (M) @ Leftovers ** ImUgly
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Atk / 48 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Barrier
- Mirror Coat
- Recover
- Rock Slide

Cradily is pretty boring to use tbh

Gligar (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Quick Attack
- Swords Dance

Substitute>Quick Attack. 116 HP/ 196 Attack/ 108 Defence/ 88 Speed Impish
Gligar might be a pain after Electabuzz dies, so I'd suggest Solrock over something for countering it. Once they know what Cradily is doing prepare to see something that can Calm Mind and has a move that can kill you like Grumpig or Clefable, the latter walled by Lanturn unless it has something that can hit it hard.
