you do not need mew2 with deoxys + how in the world r u gonna get a deoxys also, u need an ice type like lapras or jynx, also, take out dig unless its solely 4 practical uses, u also seemed to repeet a type(fire), which is bad. alot of pokemon r water, rock,or ground wich are all good against fire... i recomend keeping charizard on ur team and taking out arca9. finaly, the dig issue shuld b resolved with ariel ace and fissure shuld b put n. u decide wat u want 4 charizards final move

Never give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type like you did with your Charizard, Gyarados, and Dugtrio. It seriously limits your ability to handle a variety of different opponents.

Well, here are the pokemons:

Gyarados
lev.60

Hydro pump
Earthquake
Return
Dragon Dance

I hope you can reteach it Dragon Dance which it learns at Lv. 50, because that's Gyarados's best move.
Never ever use Hyper Beam, use Return since it'll do more damage in the long run. Earthquake fits well on it since it'll defeat those Electric types you have trouble with.

Charizard
lev.67

Fire blast
Wing Attack
Earthquake
Swords Dance

Charizard works well as a physical attacker. The only problem is that most of your TMS and Move Tutors are also going to other Pokemon.

Arcanine
lev.54

Fire blast
Howl
Extremespeed
Iron Tail

For Arcanine, take advantage of it's high Attack. Howl for extra power then use Extremespeed and Iron Tail for Rock types. Fire Blast/Overheat gives you STAB and takes care of Steels.

Dugtrio @Choice Band
lev.65

Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide
Sludge Bomb

No, Fissure is a OHKO move and OHKO moves should never be used. Dugtrio's best ability is its Arena Trap trait. If your Dugtrio doesn't have Arena Trap, sorry, but it sucks and you're going to have to get a new one.
Anyways, lets look at its moves. Aerial Ace defeats Heracross and Breloom, Rock Slide is for Flying types, and Sludge Bomb is for other Bug and Grass types. All 3 of the last moves help handle Pokemon that are resistant to your Earthquake. That's what you have to do when training Pokemon - to teach them moves to counter their weaknesses.
Oh, and Dugtrio is at its best when you give it the item Choice Band.

You don’t need 2 Fire types on a team because it gives you a major Water weakness. Likewise, you don’t need two Psychic types. Take either Charizard or Arcanine out for something that can take on Waters, either a Grass type like Exeggutor or something with good Sp. Defense like Snorlax. They’re both good Fire Pokemon so you’ll have to decide.
