If this is in-game, then don’t use Hidden Power because I doubt they are the same type that you say they are. Even if they are the appropriate type, they’re most likely not going to be at full power. HP needs to have 70 power to be the most effective, but that only happens when your Pokemon have perfect stats.

Also, there is no need to post your Pokemon’s stats. If you EV trained them, please post your EVs instead.

I know this is in-game, so you can’t really change the natures. But some of them aren’t good, so I’m just giving you suggestions.

And no, Blastoise cannot get 301 Sp. Attack, even with Max EVs and Modest.

Fine, except for the nature.

Typhlosion
Nature: Modest/Timid

Def-259

-Flamethrower
-Hidden Power [Grass]

HP Grass is better because it takes care of Swampert

Misdreavous
Nature: Modest

Sp Atk-324
Sp Def-296
Speed-278

-Calm Mind
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power [Ice]

Gengar is a better special sweeper, but Misdreavus has its advantages (no Psychic weakness). HP Ice would be better for those Pokemon resistant to Thunderbolt (Grass, Ground, and Dragons).

Machamp
Nature: Adamant

Atk-386
Def-250
Sp Atk-112
Sp Def-274
Speed-244

-Bulk Up
-Rock Slide
-Cross Chop
-Hidden Power [Ghost]

Earthquake shouldn't be used on Fighting types since Fighting moves are stronger due to STAB and are supereffective against basically the same types (Ice and Steel). Rock Slide should be it's replacement since it handles Flying types.

Blastoise
Nature: Bold

Atk-166
Def-338
Sp Atk-301
Sp Def-367
Speed-249

-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Counter/Rest
-Mirror Coat/Rest

Rest works better on Blastoise since it's a tank. Counter and Mirror Coat are pretty awesome moves, but without any healing moves, Blastoise won't last long. I personally like to keep Mirror Coat since it surprises those Grass and Electric types. But you choose Counter instead, it's up to you.

Rayquaza
Nature: Adamant
-Earthquake
-Hidden Power [Flying]
-Rock Slide

-Extremespeed

Rest doesn't work on Rayquaza. It makes it vulnerable to Ice attacks. Rock Slide or Fire Blast would be a better choice - Rock Slide for Zapdos or Fire Blast for Skarmory. And HP Flying please for STAB.

The only thing thats really making me apprehinsive is the fact that aragornbird is suggesting moves to take down only one pokemon (ex. Swampert, Skarmory, Zapdos). Maybe try suggesting moves that would take down one or more type of Pokemon.

No, aragorn bird is right on. Those poke's are the best in OU, and countering them is essential. See this for a metagame tier list. If you cant handle every 'Very OU' poke on that, your team has already failed.

Well, let's take my old LeafGreen days as an example. Before I used NB, I had an in-game Wigglytuff that had Psychic, Brick Break, Shadow Ball, and Body Slam. I felt sure that this could beat anything, as it had so much type coverage.

I entered it into the Battle Tower and it rarely lasted 3 turns at a time, mainly because I couldn't use it at its full potential (which, ironically isn't that great of a potential).

One of the main thing about team buidling is to use each pokemon at their highest potential while fullfilling their part in the team. You may think me a groupie for this, but once again I must refer to Squarewalker. He recently made a team where the first two pokemon he listed was done in by ghosts. So He put in a Houndoom with Beat Up, Pursuit, Overheat, another move.... i can't recall atm....>_>. Now he has full protection against ghosts, while still being an effective special offensive.

....I'm just intrigued with the originaility of some of his movesets is all =/.
