hmmmm is this ingame? And if so..which versions do u have access too?
anyway heres some standard ingame movesets w/out EVs for ur pokes...[i'm assuming u have access to all versions and therefore the move tutors]

Gyarados[adamant]@leftovers
-dragon dance
-earthquake
-return
-hydro pump/taunt

U got no HP flying and taunt is a bit ptless.

Houndoom[timid]@leftovers
-fireblast
-crunch
-will-o-wisp/sunnyday
-pursuit/solarbeam

Venusaur[+SpDef,-Spatt]@leftovers
-sludge bomb
-sleep powder
-leechseed
-synthesis

Jynx[timid]@leftovers
-ice beam
-calm mind
-lovely kiss
-psychic/substitute

Dragonite[+SpAtt,-Def]@leftovers
-ice beam
-thunderbolt
-focus punch
-substitute

Gengar[modest/+Att,-Def]@leftovers
-will-o-wisp/substitute
-ice punch/explosion
-thunderbolt
-destiny bond/focus punch

U really have no special wall..Consider getting lax/bliss/regice.

If you'll notice, Gyarados's Sp. Attack isn't very good. It's meant to be a physical attacker. Dragon Dance powers it up and it can sweep stuff with Return and Earthquake. Hydro Pump is its strongest special attack and hits physical walls like Skarmory who are otherwise resistant to your other moves.

Houndoom
Flamethrower
Crunch
Will-o-wisp/Sunny Day
Pursuit/Solarbeam

Don't use physical attacks on Houndoom since it will do fine with mainly Flamethrower and Crunch. Will-o-wisp and Pursuit are other useful attacks, although bpth are bred-on moves. For a non-breeded set, you can go with SunnyBeaming.

Venasaur
Leech Seed
Sleep Powder
Synthesis

Sludge Bomb

If you want a SunnyBeamer, use Exeggutor. Venusaur is a defensive Grass types, so it should have that many offensive attacks. Leech Seed and Sleep Powder are important, and Synthesis helsp it survive longer. Obviously, Saur can't handle Grass types with those three moves, so you have Sludge Bomb to take care of them.

Jynx
Psychic
Ice Beam
Lovely Kiss
Calm Mind

Nice, except for Body Slam, which is useless since Jynx's Attack is so low. Instead, give her Calm Mind so that when the enemy is sleeping, you'll have a chance to power up your Special skills.

Dragonite
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Sustitute
Focus Punch

You should take advantage of at least one physical attack on Dragonite. The standard one has Focus Punch and Substitute, Sub to protect from status and to set up Focus Punch to hit. Outrage is a bad move since you have no control over it after it starts, and Flamethrower is somewhat redudant since Bolt and Beam already hit everything for at least neutral damage.

Gengar
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Thunderbolt
Explosion/Destiny Bond/Hypnosis

Gengar can learn so many cool moves, unfortunately Return and Toxic are not one of them since it's so useless compared to its other attacks. Psychic isn't good on Gengar because it doesn't get STAB from it, plus it's other attacks are usually stronger.
A standard Gengar has a SubPunching combo, however, Dragonite already has that so we don't need to get redudant.
There are also physical oriented Gengars which can work because it gets double-STAB from them. There are lots of choices for the last move of this set so just pick which moves you like best.

Why, does your Gyara hate you? It's easier to use Return, because if you expect to win battles alot with it, then Return would gain more power than Frustration as time goes on.

Try a better format.

Anyway,
[email protected]
EVs: 252 ATK/158 HP/100 SD
Nature: Lonely (ATK+/DEF-)
-Dragon Dance
-Return/Frustration
-Earthquake
-Hydro Pump/Fire Blast

The Fire Blast option is somewhat odd, but it may work. Skarmory/Forretress is what Hydro Pump was designed to kill, so Fire Blast will do one better.

[email protected]
EVs: 252 SA/252 SPD/6 HP
Nature: Timid (SPD+/SA-)
Flamethrower
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Crunch

A Sunnybeamer Houndoom. Destroys many things with SE attacks, including some enemy water types (Swampert beware)

[email protected]
EVs:252 HP/100 SA/76 SD/82 DEF
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
Leech Seed
Toxic
Substitute
Hidden Power [Fire]/Razor Leaf (for in-game)

This is my recommended set for Venusaur. This is a stalling Venusaur that can eliminate the steel types immune to Toxic with HP Fire.

[email protected]
EVs: 252 SA/252 SPD/6 HP
Nature: Modest(SA+/ATK-)
Lovely Kiss
Psychic
Ice Beam
Calm Mind/Hidden Power [Fire]
Calm Mind can make your special skills increase while the enemy is asleep. Sometimes having the psyburn combo may benefit you more in some situations though. It's your call.

Special Dragonite has some value, but for this team I recommend a DDNite.
[email protected]
EVs: 252 ATK/100 HP/76 DEF/82 SD
Nature: Adamant (ATK+/SA-)
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Brick Break
Wing Attack/Hidden Power [Flying]

This can destroy some special walls that expect a boltbeam Dragonite, along with enemies that Jynx put to sleep. This can also defeat walls and annoyers that can not readily inflict high damage, and special attackers without an Ice-type attack.

[email protected]
EVs: 252 SPD/158 SA/100 ATK
Nature: Hasty (SPD+/DEF-)
Thunderbolt
Ice Punch
Shadow Ball
Giga Drain/Explosion

Gengar can kill many things with high tactical flexibility. Gengar has a great movepool and can eliminate most things with boltbeam. Shadow Ball is cool for STAB and to kill Zam/Espy, and Giga Drain for Swampert. Explosion is a good move overall.
