I have a blastoise, a charizard and a Meganium.
My blastoise is untouchable as it says on the title.
Here are her moves( its female):
Hydro pump(or surf if u want)--fire pokemons won't win
Brick Break(no ice, normal, rock and groud pokemons)
Ice beam(let's put a end to those pesky dragons and grassy pokemons)
Earthquake(no more shocks from electric pokemons)

And thats the moves for my beatiful She-Blastoise!!

Now may I ask you how this thing is going to stay in play more than a couple of turns? None of its attack stats are all that great, meaning most opponents would have to have a 4x weakness for Blastoise to OHKo them.

Also, what nature and EVs would you give to a Blastoise like this?

You tried making Blastoise a mixed sweeper, which it doesn't have the speed nor Attack or Special Attack for.

Even with Blastoise having Brick Break, a standard curselax (and X amount of other standard builds for various Pokémon) would easily defeat this thing.

Zapdos Kills it, as Ice Beam can't do anything but 2-3HKO from Blastoise.

Blatoise has no real business using Brick Break or Earthquake without a Choice Band, and even then Brick Break probably wont be needed.

You saying this is an untouchable Blastoise is like saying

Wigglytuff
- Body Slam
- Shadow Ball (no ghost types)
- Brick Break (no rock or steel types)
- Psychic (no fighting types)

Is an untouchable Wigglytuff

lol, blastoise will never be untouchable. You are talking ingame, I presume. Your moves are pretty good ingame, with a decent level, you can get past everything, but on competitive battling, blastoise is UU. No chance of making him untouchable, at tops he can be a good tank, I think, but not likely, he doesn't have the moves or the typing for that. Nor that high defense.

LOL! Untouchable! 90% of Blastoises I see don't have a decent Attack. Brick Break and Earthquake won't do anything with its poor Attack stat. Sure Ice Beam was right.

Try:

[email protected]
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rest
-Counter/Mirror Coat

Blastoise is a underused bulky water. He isnt a top tier pokemon since frankly, he isnt that great. He can rapid spin at least though.

1.Earthquake - Fire, Steel, Rock, Poison, Electric.
2.Ice Beam - Grass, Ground, Flying, Dragon.
3.Toxic - So You Can Poison The Enemy? XD
4.Return - For Power. If It's Your Starter Pokemon, It Should Do A Lot.

But Blastoise Doesn't Have the Greatest Stats Anyway..

Return Is Potentially The Strongest Normal Type Move.. And While Surf Is Quite Convinient, It's 75HP Damage Doesn't Exactly Make Blastoise "Untouchable...

Untouchable Blastoise eh?

Let's start off with saying Hydro Pump might miss :P

Oh and um, lets see, there's loads of Electric Pokémon faster than Blastoise, and usually people make them hasty XD

ZOMG A SHEDDY ATTRACT0R LOL!!111

And yeah, what other people said.

Actually, Return has 102 AP while Surf is 95 AP. Since Normal is not SE against any type, it isn't as good as Surf which Blastoise gets STAB (making its AP stronger than Return) and the fact that it does get SE bonus against at least one type, not to mention one type that resists Normal moves (Rock). Blastoise is far from "Untouchable..." which is why I said Swampert is infinitely better.

Frustration also gets up to 102 Base Power, Double-Edge has 120, Hyper Beam has 150, Selfdestruct has 200, Explosion has 250. Return is not the strongest normal type move, just the only one where you don't get hurt or have to wait a turn after using it :/ Surf, on the other hand, gets 95 base power x1.5 for STAB = 142.5 base power, making it have a 40.5 higher base power than using Return.

In his battling environment, Blastoise can be a beast to take down in the hands of the right player, since very few things can confidently handle Bulky Waters in UU (or anywhere, for that matter) Standard set is:

Blastoise @ Leftovers
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam/Hidden Power [Grass]
-Counter/Sleep Talk (Mirror Coat is kinda senseless, considering pure Water gets a good amount of special resists and Counter can lol at Hidden Power users; switch out at first sight of Manectric/Ampharos/etc.)
-Rest
