Don't see Counterlax too often. I'd rather have max HP for it, but I can't see what to reduce without hurting his tanking significantly.

Never tried a Stalkergross, looks interesting though. Could do with a bit more Sp Att, but that's just personal preference, besides Meteor Mash does a fair chunk of damage.

No immediately glaring weaknesses I can see. I'd use HP Fire on Celebi if you fancy a change from Psychic, and HP Grass on Zapdos, that's my instincts for those.
