The question isn't "Who likes San Andreas?". The question is "Who doesn't like San Andreas?".

Discuss everything from motorcycles to muscle power.

Good game. Decent Storyline. Bad conversion to computer game, requires system resources bad, DVD Player requirments were picky, I had to even get a No-CD crack for a legimate version of the game to work.

Way to do things the illegal way...

Not as good as Vice City but gotta love the fact that it takes you a half hour to get from one end of the map to the other.

It isn't neither GTA3 or GTA4, Vice City is just Vice City. =p

Anyway, I really enjoyed GTA San Andreas, it reminds so much of home.
Lol. Really? Its a pretty reckless game if you ask me. That's what makes it fun! :)

I prefer three over san andreas. But I still love san andreas, its my second favorite in the franchise. It has more to do than GTA 3. But something about 3 just makes me feel at home. It reminds me of NYC wich is where I was born (brooklyn).

But its like this fore me 3>San andreas>liberty city stories>2>1>vice City> london....Ugh I dont like vice city, dont get me started on it. Vice city and london I dont like

The best thing of GTA San Andreas is that you can put in some major cheats
like the Hydra jet or Infinate Health HA HA HA I KNOW THEM ALLLLLL!:rambo:
And your point being?

Anyway, I perfer San Andreas because of the RPG like elements, and the fact I can kill a Blood! XD I should try out Vice City though, never got it for some reason...

I like it. What is Hot Coffee mode though?
It's the Hot Coffee Mod its the famous and possibly most contraversal (pardon my spelling) mod ever! It unlocks the hidden sex mini-game in San Andreas. It doesn't work on the new versions of San Andreas because they have possibly deleted it, or something. Also any mods don't work on San Andreas don't work either. (That means my H-Town mod won't work ;0;) XD

I can understand why. They recently declared GTA San Andreas rated A for Adults.

Jack Thompson

As for the topic at hand: No. No I don't like San Andreas. Or any of the GTA games for that matter. They simply don't appeal to me, I find them annoyingly juvenile.

I knew someone like you would say that.

What is there not to like? Are you one of those rebels like Jack Thompson that want to ban the game?

The reality check is that video games these days that appeal people are stuff like San Andreas and Halo. There has to have some action for it to be fun. Tell me a video game that you like and I'll tell you if its a good game.

No, I don't want to ban the game. I'm firmly against video game censorship.

What I do like, however, is a game that does not rely on what I see as the lowest common denominators of society for its popularity. I believe that the GTA series has consistently done this.

As for you Halo example, I never said that Halo was a bad game. It's an example of a well-done FPS, although I found it repetitive after the third level or so.

Finally, why would I rely on you to tell me which games I like, or confirmation as to whether they're "good" or "bad?" Taste in gaming, as in all else is a matter of opinion. As our interests appear to diverge on gaming, it is hardly a worthwhile pursuit to seek your approval of the games I play.

But to the topic at hand, I don't think that the GTA series is BAD, per se. They're well-made games, and I respect that about them. I've played every iteteration since 2 for at least a while. I just didn't find anything there that appealed to me in terms of story.
