No, that is not a good Snorlax set at all. So you’re wanting to kill the opponent with Toxic? What if you meet a Steel or Poison Pokemon which are immune to Toxic? What about Pokemon with the Immunity trait (Zangoose and enemy Snorlax)? What about Pokemon who can use Substitute or Rest (which is just about every Pokemon out there)?

Since you have no other way of damaging them without Toxic, Snorlax is basically useless and becomes a sitting duck for the enemy’s attacks.

If you want an effective Snorlax that is nearly unbeatable in-game, use Curselax.

Snorlax @Leftovers
Body Slam/Return
Shadow Ball/Earthquake
Curse
Rest

The set aragornbird suggested is most commonly used. Since its standard, I doubt it will fail.

I sometimes use Bellylax in Battle Tower. Its the same thing as the standard Snorlax except it has Belly Drum instead of Curse and Chesto Berry as its hold item.

I like both Bellylax and Curselax but whatever one you choose is fine.
