used Choice Band with Adamand with Rock Slide over Surf and Focus Punch over Taunt. What exactly are you trying to Taunt anyway?

First of all, please don't double post. The edit button is there and you said the same thing in each post.

CB with Superpower will hit hard. Nidoqueen's alternate set can be a Boltbeaming Subpuncher with a Quiet Nature and split Attack and Special Attack EVs with some in HP.

Nidoqueen with a Rash Nature? I don't think so. A Boltbeaming Nidoqueen deserves a Quiet Nature.

Doesnt have subpunch, I dont think it would do to good with subpunch anyway cause Ice Beam/Surf = too much damage to put up sub, if you put EVs into special def., then you have to take away from an attack stat which means it wont hit too hard :\

Why would I give a Quiet Nature to a pokemon that first of all has Speed EVs for a reason?

Fine. I prefer Nidoqueen with Defenses, but whatever floats your boat.

Im not a UU battler but giving speed to a quiet natured pokemon other than BOAH is redundant IMO

I actually prefer the Quiet Nature for Nidoqueen because what is going to outspeed? Besides, I actually take advantage of Nidoqueen's defenses.

HP EVs *hint hint hint* Substitute *hint hint hint*

You might want to give it Speed EVs to outspeed something useful! That set outspeeds anything I find useful outspeeding. I sometimes use around 220 to beat the 200-215 ones. Pokemon whose Speed lurks around 70-80 usually only have a certain ammount of Speed EVs to outspeed what they need. I fail to see why you would give a Defensive spread to a pokemon that:
a) Has a bad typing
b) Will still die easily

You're better off giving it Speed EVs to outspeed certain pokemon that kill it with ease. This works exceptionally well later in the game.
