Milotic is way better than Golduck and well worth the effort too. Definitely your first choice.

Walrein is okay, even though it’s just a bad Lapras. Kingdra can work, though its stats are rather bland. Tentacruel and Lanturn are both underrated, but they have unique abilities that can be fun to use.

Try Ludicolo, it's a cool Water/Grass type, it certainly works:

LUDICOLO @ Leftovers
Swift Swim

Surf
Ice Beam
Giga Drain
Rain Dance

Also, if you can get him, Slowbro rocks:

SLOWBRO @ Leftovers
Own Tempo

Surf
Psychic/Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Rest/Substitute/Flamethrower

Suicune is of course the best, with Calm Mind/Surf/Ice Beam/Rest . Standard is Roar instead of Ice Beam, but ingame, it's useless. But Suicune is almost as hard to get as Milotic, so...

PLEASE no. They are both crap. Go back to Route 114 and catch a Lombre. It evolves to Ludicolo with a Water Stone. Unfortunately, you cannot get one until you visit the Abandoned Ship later in the game, specifically after you help Steven defeat Team [Element] at Mossdeep. You can use Dive there, or you can use Dive south of Mossdeep and find yourself Blue Shards and take them to the Shard Collector on Route 124.

Go with Lombre.

Well it is your chooice but Wishcash is just an even weaker swampert than Quagsire so trust me go with either Starmie/Milotic/Lanturn/or Walrein

but NOT Whiscash

All the suggestions and you pick the worst one. Why bother asking then if you didn't plan on taking anyone's advice? Thanks for wasting our time. Well, at least I will know better in the future.

What? Whiscash’s speed sucks. It’s only base 60. Good endurance? Hardly. Whiscash’s only good stat is HP. It’s defenses are nothing special. In short, Whiscash is a Pokemon you don’t want to waste your time training.

Trust me, if you want a Pokemon good endurance, use Milotic. Awesome Special Defense, Marvel Scale, good HP, and it can also learn Recover.

You might as well choose a Luvdisc while you're at it. :\

Anyway, the least you could do is pick Quagsire, it has good Attack and Rain Dance might make up for the fact that its Special Attack isn't that good.

I beleive he said this is Ruby. He apparently can't trade yet.

Btw, Relicanth really isn't that bad. It's got a load of HP can can take alot of physical hits. It's like a lesser used version of steelix only with (worse?) typing.

I think Relicanth is only of those physical attackers but mainly physical defenders like Golem and Steelix.

Dont double post please

Swampert and Quagsire have the same weaknesses as Whiscash and have better stats than it.

Milotic has 2 weaknesses (Electric and Grass) but makes up for it with great Special Defense, and Marvel Scale puts up defense when hit with a status condition, making it a great staller.

Burn/Poison is awesome for it since it just takes away HP and Burn just cuts its attack which it doesnt need. :\

So does Quagsire and Swampert. Go with either of those if you like Water-types with one weakness or if you simply can't find Milotic. Stop whinning that you can't find it because that's not the only Water Pokemon out there. :\

Awww. Did I forget Whiscash has feelings? :\

Fr0st, in-game I'd suggest Return over Frustration unless you're giving it a lot of bitter things.

I do agree, Fr0st, that Gyarados is definately worth considering. Its a great physical attacker that can fit into this team.

Tha Pkmn Prodigy, Whicash does indeed suck and you need to get over it. It might have one weakness, but that doesn't mean Grass-type moves are the only thing that can beat it.

Gyarados is a much better choice. Good idea.

[email protected]/Lum Berry
EV: 252 Att/252 Speed/6 HP
Nature: Adamant
Dragon Dance
Return
Earthquake
Taunt

If you're lucky enough to get Hidden Power Flying at a decent power level, use that over Return. Otherwise ingame, Gyarados can deal with most things but has immediate trouble with Gengar and Skarmory.
