Being a Windows user I don't have access to nifty Applescripts, so hopefully someone here knows how to do what it is I want.

a) How would I find all the songs in my library where I turned on "Skip when shuffling" without have to check each one manually (I don't feel like checking over 2000 songs).
b) Does anyone know of an app of any kind that would allow for numerical input for the equilizer? Using numbers should be a lot easier to try and find 7 then using the slider that iTunes currently has.
c) A numerical interface of somekind that would allow me to have iTunes volume exactly at 50% (and not say...51.)

Thanks,

EDIT: Does anyone know of a way (doesn't have to be iTunes related) to find out which of my MP3s are mono and which are stereo?
