Anyway, Blazemxx a spread like this might work.
240 HP / 64 Atk / 104 Def / 64 SAtk / 100 SDef
Don't bother with Speed on Swampert because it won't be able to outspeed anything anyway. I think you got too much Special Attack going there. Swampert with 401 HP and enough defensive EVs to stand attacks from Salamence and other sweepers. You could put equal in Attack and Special Attack if you're going to keep HP Bug, which I suggest either Curse or Rest over.

Well it's kind of obvious that they don't work, as he put Speed EVs with a nature that actually lowers speed on a pokemon that can't outspeed anything to save it's life. And I don't know the right EVs for a Mixpert. For Cursepert, which is better IMO, with Curse/Earthquake/HP Flying/Brick Break or Rock Slide the EVs would go something like this: Adamant: 252 Att, 129 HP, 129 Sp Def.

LOL. Your suggestions suck. Unless you want me to lose.

LOL. Just because it isn't your stupid standard set doesn't mean it doesn't work. You should try it first, then comment. That's only if you know how to use it, Starmie for example. If you really want a rapid spinner, Claydol is better, as he's immune to spikes. If you want Starmie, at least make it a special sweeper, not that weird combination. If it does Rapid Spinn, Pseudopassing helps your team more than your set.
And don't say it sucks, until you know better.
