Why do you want Sp. Attack on it? It needs HP to get an Agility in and pass the next turn or Wish if you think you can survive another hit. For it to be an effective Wishpasser it needs Max HP.

Max HP.Too much Attack, might as well give it less. Jolly Nature doesn't favour it. Go Adamant then give it the same attacking stat you had before and put the leftover EVs in Speed. You'll notice it'll be higher

A Volbeat here would be useful seeing it can Trickband something then pass to something that can set up. This might be a bit pointless due to a lack of a trapping move. This team is similar (almost the same) to my old BP Team
