I finally got a new laptop and am now able to use NB again. Here is my team. I couldn't decide between Celebi or Blissey. I am starting with Celebi, but could switch to Blissey if the current metagame still allows for both it and Stalkerlax. Please look it over and offer suggestions. Especially the EVs of Celebi and Snorlax.

Aerodactyl (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 56 Atk / 200 Spd / 252 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Focus Punch
- Ice Punch
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

Salamence (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 56 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Def / 140 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Hardy Nature (Neutral)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Snorlax (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 200 HP / 180 Atk / 60 Def / 68 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Return
- Sleep Talk

Couldn't decide between Return and Double-Edge. I tested out DE and after a few Curses the recoil was pretty harsh.

Thanks in advance.

I much prefer CB Mence. I honestly wouldn't use this on the same team as Mence either. As they both get STAB from HP [Flying] and that is what you're going to be ending up using most of the time.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 196 Atk / 184 Spd / 128 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)

- Focus Punch
- Ice Punch
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Those EVs and nature.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 118 Def / 152 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk

- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

CM over Leech Seed to be honest. CM helps it wins stall wars and sweep. Only Sub Celebi needs max HP. Heal Bell Celebi still needs to have speed in order to kill stuff with CM Pyschics and get Recovers off before it dies so you don't have to lose CMs.

You can keep this over Bliss as Lax is a good Special Wall.

Salamence (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

After on DD this spread will give it all the speed it needs.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 240 HP / 56 Atk / 196 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Skarm needs some speed and it doesn't need max HP.

Snorlax (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 200 HP / 180 Atk / 60 Def / 68 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Return / Body Slam / Double-Edge
- Sleep Talk

Curselax is sort of outsated. Cursestalker Lax works in ubers. I haven't used this guy in a long time so I can't really say much about him.

Couldn't decide between Return and Double-Edge. I tested out DE and after a few Curses the recoil was pretty harsh.

Thanks in advance.
Hope this helps.

Jolly please. I prefer enough EVs for 374 Speed. It's better not to take a gamble when fighting enemy Aeros and Jolteons. You only have a 50% chance of going first and that's not a chance you should take.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 56 Atk / 200 Spd / 252 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)

- Ice Punch

Gengar needs 213 total Attack to guarantee a 2KO on Blissey, and about 200 to have a slight chance at 2KOing. Don't bother maxing out SAtk and Hasty is a better nature. Give it around 332 Speed, which outspeeds a Tyranitar with one DD.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

Meh, standard.

Salamence (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 56 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Def / 140 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

264 Speed please. That is the standard Speed for all DDers, so they can outspeed Jolt/Aero after 1 DD. 265 if you want to beat other DDers.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Forgot to set your nature, eh? Impish, of course.

Snorlax (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 200 HP / 180 Atk / 60 Def / 68 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Return
- Sleep Talk

Snorlax with only one move won't work. People will switch in their Normal resist the first chance they get. Also, don't try to mix the Curse set with the Stalk set. Go with one or the other, although I prefer StalkerLax since it isn't vulnerable when Resting.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks to the both of you for the great info, especially the improved EVs. I am implementing your suggestions right away. I was thinking about CM Mence as my starter instead of Aero, and after a few real battles, I am doing that. Mullet is also right on about not having Aerodactyl and Salamence on the same team. I am looking at adding either a bulky water or maybe a spinner. I am thinking Milotic/Swampert or Starmie/Claydol.

One question about Celebi. I have never used it before, so while theories about strategies always work, implementing them correctly doesn't. If I do switch Leech Seed for Calm Mind, and I CM on the preverbial switch, will Celebi be able to survive a non-STAB Fire Blast? I am admittedly pretty weak using it so far.

BTW - CurseStalk Lax sure helped me out against a trainer that had 4 Legis on it. In the standard metagame though, with half-intelligent trainers it hasn't performed as well. I chose StalkerLax. I will repost my updated team later.

AB. Adamant Aero isnt that great because you wouldn't want to mess with 50% chance in case you're battling another Jolly Aero. The same thing will happen with Adamant vs Adamant so why not deal more damage in the first place?
