DDers don't need that much speed. 264 is all you need for a starting point.
Clefable (M) @ Leftovers ** Pretty Fairy
Trait: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Cosmic Power
- Rest
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
Toxic won't work in a world full of Subs, Rests, clerics, Poison, and Steel Pokemon. Also, this can't touch Gengar at all. Clefable is so cool and can learn so many good moves, but this is just a waste really. Seriously, use another Clefable set, and choose from Counter, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Encore, Thunder Wave, Psych Up, Softboiled, Calm Mind, Wish, Reflect, Charm etc...anything but Cosmic Power.
Celebi @ Leftovers ** Green Pixie
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 236 HP / 136 Def / 48 Spd / 48 SAtk / 36 SDef
Bold Nature
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Leech Seed
- Recover
- Heal Bell
Most Celebis can either Heal Bell, BP, or even sweep by themselves. All this one can do is stall, and stalling in RS will only go so far before you are blocked by a Sub or hit by a CH. Replace Toxic with Heal Bell so Cel will at least have some other use. Then make it Bold, since Cel has much more to worry about from physical attacks than special.
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers ** ZZZ
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 168 HP / 56 Atk / 196 Def / 88 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Belly Drum
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Return
BDLax has much more problems than just Gengar. More like powerful CBers KOing you after you Belly Drum, since you'll only be at half health (and that's assuming you don't take any damage before that). Also, Snorlax is phazer-bait while it rests, which is why most Pokemon choose Chesto Berry. However, the removal of Leftovers makes Lax even more vulnerable after it BDs. So the success of this Snorlax is too situational.
Swampert (M) @ Leftovers ** Swamp Dweller
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 236 HP / 104 Atk / 56 Def / 56 SAtk / 56 SDef
Relaxed Nature
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Surf/Hydro Pump
I prefer this Swampert to be Relaxed, since it doesn't have Rest so hard-hitting attacks will wear it down eventually. Hydro Pump is usually preffered over Surf since Swampert needs that boost in power, especially a more offensive Swampert like this one.
Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry ** Firey Fighter
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Endure
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Reversal
- Swords Dance
Naive Nature without any special attacks? Although Fire Blast/Overheat is a good choice for ReversalKen due to Blaze. You can still OKO Skarmory and Forretress after one Swords Dance though.
If you're sticking with this set, make it Jolly, lower that speed to 264 (or 265 to beat other Reversalers), and stack the rest in HP.
