I don't know if people have asked you this, but I'll ask anyway.

What is the difference between "Mixed Community Groups" and "Group Discussions"?
I checked out the rules, but they didn't explain anything. Could you clear this up for me?
Thanks.

Group discussions discuss the user groups you can join (User CP > Group Memberships), while fanclubs have no user group to them. You also have to join the group to post in a thread in group discussions, I do believe.

Mixed Community Groups is for clubs about anything related to Pokemon, or the sub forum for anything non related to Pokemon and for Members fanclubs.

Group Developments is for the 'Group Memberships' that are displayed in your profile. You can join these groups by going HERE, when you have joined a particular group you can go and discuss it in that sub forums.

User groups are just things you can join to show that you're interested in something. It doesn't do anything to your account, really, except you're now joined that group. You can see what members have joined what usergroups in their User Profile.
If you want to join, User CP > Group Memberships, click on the one you want to join and give a reason, if they ask for one. Usually, the group leaders will approve you. :3
