This...IS a tough one. o_O; I like both of them quite a lot, but I think overall I prefer Tokyo Mew Mew. The art style in the manga of Tsubasa (which is all I've really followed, and even then just barely x_o) really bothered me, even if I did get used to it eventually. I loved the art in Mew Mew, though. So yes, I'll vote for Tokyo Mew Mew. XD

In my opinion I believe Tsubasa Chronicles is more interesting as it's storyline, which can become cliche at times I admit, is more original and intricate. Mew Mew Power did hook me for a while though it's one of those anime series where you can stop watching for twenty episodes and come back knowing exactly what's going on. A series like Tsubasa however is more complicated since the storyline might evolve by introducing new characters or add twists to further extend the plot. Tsubasa is a bit cliche but provides a solid storyline and a number of cameos from the CLAMP company, which in my opinion is always welcome. Mew Mew Power presents something more unique in terms of design but is easily perceived as another pre-teen drama/action series, much like Sailor Moon. Overall, I decide on Tsubasa. Original Card Captor Sakura fans, myself being one, may not like the new scheme of the series but at least there is something under all the fluff.
