Ok, here's my netbattle team. It's not to rack up win records or anything but here.

76 HP / 252 Atk / 38 Def / 132 Spd / 12 SDef
Trait: Arena Trap

Rock Slide
Sludge Bomb

2. Venusaur (Nicknamed Bo), Male

Item: Magnet
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Destiny Bond

It's holding a magnet because of tough water types like Suicune.

4. Raichu (nicknamed Rai), Male
EVs: 64 HP / 79 Atk / 67 Def / 150 Spd / 150 SAtk
Item: Leichi Berry
Nature: Naive

Okay, first, File -> Export to Text. That way, you won’t have to waste time typing the whole thing out.
Also, when playing on Netbattle, you Must have EVs. THis team isn't complete without them.

HP Bug for Celebi.
DO NOT EVER start with Dugtrio! Always keep Dugtrio hidden as a surprise and come in when they don't expect it.

2. Venusaur (Nicknamed Bo), Male
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Careful
Moves:
Leech Seed
Sleep Powder
Synthesis
Sludge Bomb

Hey, here comes an enemy Venusaur. Let's see what you can do.....Nothing! :O

3. Gengar, Male
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Destiny Bond
Ice Punch
Giga Drain/Fire Punch/Hypnosis
Thunderbolt

No, no Magnet - Never ever ever. Giga Drain for Swampert, Fire Punch for Metagross.

4. Raichu (nicknamed Rai), Male
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Naive
Moves:
Focus Punch
Surf/HP Grass

Substitute
Thunderbolt

Liechi? More like Salac Berry. Raichu isn't fast enough to Reversal without it.
But then again, Raichu isn't a prime Reversaler. You already have Blaziken. Don't do the same thing with Raichu.

5. Lapras (nicknamed Kayla), Male
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Modest
Trait: Water Absorb
Moves:
Confuse Ray
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunderbolt

Sure.

6. Blaziken (nicknamed Lee), male
Item: Salac Berry
Nature: Jolly
Moves:
Endure
Overheat
Reversal
Swords Dance

Meh.

Loling at Liechi on Raichu and Magnet on GENGAR!!!

ABs got this taken care of, except for the fact that EndRev is sooooo not cool IMO. Rock Slide, Sky Uppercut, Swords Dance, and FB/Overheat is more like it, but if you want to use the old cheap EndRev then go ahead.

Thanks aragorn. Yeah, the magnet's kinda silly isn't it? xD I'll try out the changes, although Gengar's Psychic is pretty useful for other Gengar that come in. Mine's usually faster than my opponent's. And Subpunching on Raichu is a little tough because it's faster and the substitute's usually broken when my opponent attacks. x_x I'm gonna need more prediction with that one. But at least Tyrannatar can't mess it up.
And mike, Reversalken's very effective(exept when a T-tar comes in...), plus Sky Uppercut is a little innacurate. =/

Here are the EVS:

Dugtrio EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 38 Def / 132 Spd / 12 SDef

Venusaur EVs: 252 HP / 140 Def / 118 SDef

Gengar EVs: 42 HP / 40 Def / 220 Spd / 168 SAtk / 40 SDef

Raichu EVs: 64 HP / 79 Atk / 67 Def / 150 Spd / 150 SAtk

Lapras EVs: 171 HP / 83 Def / 200 SAtk / 56 SDef

Blaziken EVs: 60 HP / 152 Atk / 47 Def / 251 Spd

Max out Attack and Speed with Duggy please.

Put a couple of EVs into Attack if you're using Sludge Bomb. Maybe like 48.

I like Hastygar but whatever.

Make your EVs divisible by four on Raichu please.

I got to go so I can't do the rest.

Here are the EVS:

Dugtrio EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Your sweepers need to have max Atk (or SAtk for special sweepers) and max Spd. I would also go with Jolly over Adamant.

Venusaur EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 24 Spd / 148 SDef

I would suggest a little Spd to outspeed Skarmory and the like. You can keep more Def if you want, but this spread is tried and true.

Gengar EVs: 196 Atk / 184 Spd / 128 SAtk

These are the EVs I used on my NB Gengar. Haven't battled in a while so they could be old.

Raichu EVs: 64 HP / 79 Atk / 67 Def / 150 Spd / 150 SAtk

Messed up EVs, but I don't use Raichu at all to make a good suggestion for you.

Lapras EVs: 124 HP / 96 Def / 232 SAtk / 56 SDef

Meh. Not sure about these. Haven't tried them.

Blaziken EVs: 60 HP / 152 Atk / 47 Def / 251 Spd

I don't use Blaziken, but make sure your EVs are divisible by 4. You just wasted a Spd point. It should be 252.
I would suggest you replace Raichu. Something on your team needs to be able to take a physical hits.

Aragornbird forgot to BOLD Venusaur's Sunny Day to Sleep Powder.

I just noticed it, that's all. :D

Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
