Well Alter pretty much straightened things out last time. Baton passing isnt exactly my forte, so I decided to just drop the plan or plot and make a team designed extensively for countering and taking apart other teams. Of course this meant that when I fought other teams with no real plot they would most likely plow through me.

I still havent gained much of a goal, but I set aside an hour or so and put some thought into the current team. The attack selection is what bugs me most. I fear I dont possess the variety needed to be able to hit what I might encounter.

Regardless, I made sure I had at least one of the essentials. Special wall, wall, cleric, sweepers and so forth. This team lacks a spinner and spiker, but thats why Im seeking help here, hopefully cleaning out the other flaws as well.

Kangaskhan (F) @ Leftovers ** Kanga
Trait: Early Bird
EVs: 196 HP / 188 Atk / 62 Def / 64 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Im not real great with counter. Ive thought about dropping it. I usually use double edge, but with STAB body slam should do decent damage anyway.

Crobat (M) @ Leftovers ** Sing for me
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 136 HP / 136 Atk / 236 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Mean Look
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb

One of the few speedy people on my team. I suck at switching in/out so I usually go with defence. There are many times where I couldve used someone quick though.
I know someone will probably want to replace mean look, but this crobat is designed to kill the perish locking misdreavus that plague UU. I could rant on about how its a lame combination, just a prettied up lock on + OHKO move, but Ill spare you all. Either way. They send out dreavus, crobat races out and mean looks it. If it isnt a perish dreavus, it can still beat it down with shadow ball. Im sure there are better ways to beat the perish lock thing. Feel free to suggest them.

Aggron (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 220 HP / 252 Atk / 36 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Iron Tail
- Rock Slide
- Thunder Wave

Rock steel. The typing bugs me, with the two 4x weaknesses and all. I like him because he serves as a sweeper as well as a wall.

Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 140 HP / 148 Spd / 16 SAtk / 204 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Barrier
- Giga Drain
- Mirror Coat
- Surf

This one might seem questionable too. With crap attack I decided to make any attacks special, though it only has 200 SPA anyway. Its supposed to be a special wall, so thats where it went. Barrier and mirror coat to possible lure things out. Etcetera.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** Ugly Cow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 148 HP / 164 Atk / 196 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink

Maybe you could tell from the nick name. I dont like miltank. That doesnt stop it from being a so-so wall and a good cleric though. Cursetank crossed my mind, but I just have crap skill with timing the use of stat upping moves.

Flareon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 132 HP / 96 Atk / 152 SAtk / 128 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Flamethrower
- Return
- Roar
- Shadow Ball

Phazer. Probably a bad choice for one. Suprising special defence for a second special wall if need be. Flamethrower for STAB. 152 EVs on SPA just for flamethrower... Im not sure if thats worth it or not.

Giga drain is the only grass attack on my team. Swamperts will probably beat me with my own limbs after having ripped them off. No electric attacks either.
This is a team in which I placed fair effort and I honestly dont know how to improve upon it because Im not that good yet, despite that I know some of what I lack. Entire pokemon need to probably be replaced, but to take one out means I lose something else and whatever minor level of balance Id achieved would be lost. I just dont know what t'do.
That said, go ahead and maul rate.

If this is supposed to be a UU team, then you'll have to replace Crobat and Miltank because according to Smogon, they're considered BL. Anyway:

Quote:
Kangaskhan (F) @ Leftovers ** Kanga
Trait: Early Bird
EVs: 196 HP / 188 Atk / 62 Def / 64 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [ROCK]

Im not real great with counter. Ive thought about dropping it. I usually use double edge, but with STAB body slam should do decent damage anyway.

If you want to use this build, then fine, but give it Hidden Power [Rock] instead of Rock Slide because it's more accurate and Kanga won't be doing any flinchhaxing with that speed, anyway. However, I suggest you use this build:

Kangaskhan (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Early Bird
EVs: 212 HP / 92 Atk / 68 Def / 136 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Return/Double-egde
- Shadow Ball/Fake Out/Earthquake
- Focus Punch
- Substitute

With those HP evs, Kanga's subs can survive one Seismic Toss, giving it a perfect opportunity for a Focus Punch. Kanga's low Speed stat also helps here because it allows you to put up a Substitute after your opponents attack, giving you a guaranteed hit from Focus Punch.

Crobat (M) @ Choice Band ** Sing for me
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Hidden Power [GROUND/FIGHTING]

CB Crobat handles Misdreavus and is far more useful against other opponents. If the lame Perishtrap Misdreavus (Which only clueless n00bs use anyway, beccause the build sucks. =\ ) survives the first attack, the second one will be sure to pwn it and Misdreavus won't get further than the Mean Look stage. CB Crobat requires some predicting, but can do some serious damage to most Pokémon.

Aggron (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 220 HP / 252 Atk / 36 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake/Substitute
- Substitute/Hidden Power [STEEl]
- Rock Slide/Hidden Power [ROCK]
- Thunder Wave

Rock steel. The typing bugs me, with the two 4x weaknesses and all. I like him because he serves as a sweeper as well as a wall.

This thing needs more Defense to be able to take hits from Ground -and Fighting type moves. Iron Tail isn't fun because of its low accuracy and a STABed Hidden Power [STEEL] will still hurt, so Iron Tail is useless imo.

Etcetera.

Your build can work, but I think you should use

Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 204 HP / 168 Def / 40 SAtk / 96 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Barrier
- Giga Drain

Rapid Spin because your team lacks a spinner and to give Tentacruel more staying power against Leech Seeders. Ice Beam is to take care of Gligar that might want to ruin Tenta's fun and Barrier to give Tenta more stying power against physical sweepers that might want to take advantage of Tentacruel's average Defense stat. Giga Drain can be used for healing aswell as taking down Quaggy that, even though it isn't that common in UU nowadays, can be a threat for Tentacruel.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** Ugly Cow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 148 HP / 164 Atk / 196 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink

Maybe you could tell from the nick name. I dont like miltank. That doesnt stop it from being a so-so wall and a good cleric though. Cursetank crossed my mind, but I just have crap skill with timing the use of stat upping moves.

Meh... it's too offensive for a cleric. Just use this one:

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 212 HP / 80 Def / 216 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Seismic Toss
- Milk Drink
- Heal Bell
- Thunder Wave

Seismic Toss so you won't have to waste EVs on Attack. Thunder Wave is used to slow down the opponent and the uses for Heal Bell and Milk Drink are pretty obvious. I probably messed up the EVs, though.

Flareon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 132 HP / 96 Atk / 152 SAtk / 128 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Flamethrower
- Return
- Roar
- Shadow Ball

Bad phazer. If you want to use Flareon, go with the CB build:

Flareon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 208 Atk / 252 Spd / 48 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Double-Edge/Return/Body Slam
- Shadow Ball
- Iron Tail/Hidden Power [ROCK/STEEL/FIGHTING]
- Overheat

Flareon is a pretty shabby Pokémon because its only high stats are Attack and Sp.Def, and with its average HP, it's useless in a defensive role, while its average Speed stat stops it from being a good sweeper. I suggest you ditch this thing for a decent (P)hazer. Walrein would be an option, but that would give your team a huge Electric weakness. Nidoqueen could also be an option, but that would give your team a boltbeam weakness.

The only hazer I can think of that wouldn't completely throw your team off balance is, sadly, Quagsire. I have never tried a Haze Quagsire, but...

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 212 HP / 104 Def / 192 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)/Careful Nature (+SDef, SAtk) The nature depends on if you're going to use Ice Beam or not.
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Hidden Power [Rock]/Ice Beam
- Haze

Not the greatest build, but as I already said, I couldn't think of any other UU (P)hazer that wouldn't upset the balance in your team. Ice Beam is a nice present for Vileplume and such on the switch.

You are aware that any good physical sweeper will rip through most of your team efortlessly, aren't you? Your team has a huge weakness against Fighting and Ground moves and Crobat (Which is the only Pokémon your team without a Fighting or Ground weakness.) won't be able to take many Rock Slides or HP [ROCK]s that most physical sweepers are equipped with.

L-M-A-O! Any good player would just switch in a Pokémon with Surf, Focus Punch or Earthquake when Aggron uses Rest. =\ Rest is pretty much useless on Aggron.

This doesnt suprise me. The whole 'tiers/groups' thing is becoming a nuisance.

There's some aspect of balance? Thats sort of a relief.

No, I wasnt, but thats why I posted it here for evaluation. I expect I wouldve found out anyhow whenever I decided to try it though, since a good number of pokemon carry earthquake.

Ill dump a good portion of the team, use the changes you suggested on the remaining members and just build it again from there, letting the results of battles tell me what needs to be changed or removed. Building a perfectly balanced team in one sitting is sort of difficult, no?

Next time I make a topic, whenever that occurs, hopefully I will have improved enough to where a good majority of my team is found acceptable.

Thank you both for your time and effort.
