Okay, now I can see why you are having problems. Legendaries (with bad movesets) can be more of a crutch than a help, tbh. Your movesets are also the root of your problem. Here are a few tips first:
NEVER give the same Poke more than one attacking move of the same type (i.e. Surf and Hydro Cannon on Blastoise). It is redundant and prevents your Poke from being more versatile.
NEVER give your team crappy HM moves not called Surf. The rest are worthless and should be reserved for an "HM slave". Get 4 HM moves, slap them on a crappy Poke, and then pull it out of your PC whenever you need it. Putting them on your team limits their effectiveness.
NEVER put Normal moves on non-Normal Pokes. There are a few exceptions, but none of them apply to your team. Normal moves have no type advantage.
NEVER give your team crappy two-turn moves like Hydro Cannon, Fly, or the dreaded Hyper Beam. You can do more damage attacking twice with a different move than you can once (that takes two turns) with the aforementioned ones.
NEVER use never miss moves like Mind Reader or Lock On, or OHKO moves like Fissure and Sheer Cold. That turns them into two-turn moves that I have explained above.
As for your team, fixes in

I have:
Blastoise Lv57
Bold nature.
Attacks:
- Earthquake/Protect
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Surf
First off, thanks for including the nature. Too many noobs don't understand how important the nature is, especially for movesets. Speaking of natures, you got the best one for Blastoise. Avoid using Blizzard. While it has high AP (Attack Power), its lowered accuracy may cause problems. Go with Ice Beam instead. Also, looking at the rest of your team, Earthquake is probably a good option, although I would prefer you add a Poke that would at least get STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) from it. Protect is also a good option, along with Rest to help give it staying power. Chesto berry would work well here, since it is against the pathetically weak AI.
Jolteon Lv52
Rash Nature
Attacks:
Double Kick
Thunder
Shock Wave
Quick Attack
Jolteon doesn't belong here since you have Zapdos. I won't even bother fixing it.
Pidgeot Lv45
Careful Nature
Attacks:
- Quick Attack
- Return
- Steel Wing/Agility
- Wing Attack
Meh. Pidgeot is not a great choice here. I would highly suggest Crobat or Dodrio, both are MUCH stronger and faster than this thing. Even Fearow would be more preferable. Quick Attack is an exception to the "one attacking move of the same type" rule. It is because it attacks first and gets STAB (better suited for Dodrio). Steel Wing is an Egg move, but Agility can work I guess.
Moltres Lv52
Hasty Nature
Attacks:
- Aerial Ace
- Safeguard
- Toxic
- Flamethrower
Having FOUR Flying-type Pokes is very dangerous, even if three of them are Legendary. Honestly, Moltres isn't even needed to battle the W5. Aerial Ace to take advantage of its very high Atk (base 125), Toxic to cause status, and Safeguard to prevent status.
Zapdos Lv51
Jolly Nature
Attacks:
- Thunderbolt
- Light Screen/Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Drill Peck
Zapdos is the one you want to keep. It makes even Pidgeot useless, with its higher Atk and stronger move in Drill Peck. The nature isn't that great either. Where is Thunderbolt??? Also Light Screen really helps protect your team from special attacks. Substitute is an option as well.
Articuno Lv51
Modest Nature
Attacks:
[b]- Aerial Ace
- Reflect
- Water Pulse/Agility
Ice Beam
You can go either way on this one. A STAB Ice Beam is nice, but most of the Pokes in the W5 that you meet can be handled by Blastoise with Ice Beam anyway. If you feel the need to keep Articuno, that is fine. I would switch it out for something else, tbh. Good nature though. Aerial Ace for physical STAB (if you don't use it on Moltres), Reflect to protect your team against physical attacks, and the third slot is really a toss-up.
Feel free to suggest new attacks

Okay, now I have a few new Pokes to suggest to you to make your team able to easily defeat the Weak5.
Alazakam
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Recover
- Reflect
- Shadow Ball/Calm Mind
Since this is only in-game, this Alakazam could work. Pretty self explanatory. DO NOT use this in competitive battling. It is weak against physical attacks and will not last long against someone who knows how to play.
Machamp
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Cross Chop/Brick Break
- Rock Tomb
- Substitute
Another strictly in-game FRLG limited set. Cross Chop or Brick Break is your choice. A STAB Brick Break after a Bulk Up can do plenty of damage, or a STAB Cross Chop can destroy right away. Rock Tomb is only because you cannot Rock Slide without Emerald or breeding, which takes place after the W5.
These two, along with Blastoise, Zapdos, and Moltres are really all you need. You can bring Steelix or Golem along as backup.
