Hmm...K then?

And wow, Alter Ego, that must have been exhausting. I didn't know we would actually have to explain (p)hazers to this guy.

To add more, the phazing moves are basic Roar and Whirlwind, which are quite helpful in Frontier, NetBattle, and competitive battling in general. You can safely guess that an opponent that DDs 4 times with Salamence and gettings Roared has a bad day...

Actually, I already told about both Roar and Whirlwind so you really didn't add anything. As for the phazer thing, I notice that a lot of the less reliable sources get it wrong (Treating phazers and hazers as the same thing), so you can't really blame a fellow for not knowing the difference.

EDITNESS: Wait, strike that. I just noticed that I forgot to mention those two moves in my last post (Even though I thought I did) so you did add something. Yeah, Roar and Whirlwind are the way to go in phazing. ^^

I'm not sure if I should feel insulted or just stupid......eh, I'll go with the latter.

;.;

Sorry, but seriously, please don't blame me for seeing other people use the term for different things...if a bunch of people started calling coffee soda and you didn't know any better, what would you think?

...And that should be my last bit of off-topic randomness for the week...

...Soo...is there anything else, or am I all set?

I think so, yes. At least I can't think of anything else atm. Once you're done changing it, you could post the improved version here and we'll see if there's something else to adress. ^^

...Actually, some of those natures are getting to be a pain to find (took 30 Bagons to get Adamant...), so...would Adamant nature work on Blaziken? Or do I need to go through another 30 eggs?

If you are using Emerald, make sure that you catch a bunch of Ditto with different natures. Then you breed using Ditto while it holds Everstone. That will give you a 50% chance of getting the same nature as the Ditto, as apposed to the 4% you get by not doing that. It is a pain to catch all those Ditto (think high level Poke with False Swipe), but it is DEFINITELY worth it.

BTW - You can use Adamant on Blaziken, but it does hurt its STAB attack. That is why some go with Fire Blast and Overheat, to help compensate for that.

Seems like it would be less of a pain to just save, get a bunch eggs, hatch them, and soft reset if none are the right nature...like I've been doing. The problem with the nature is present either way...

And Adamant still raises ATK, and I don't care much about Fire Blast at the moment...

EDIT: I just checked my Ditto...and guess what nature it has? ADAMANT. That trick WOULD have helped had I thought about it.

If you breed a lot, like I do, I HIGHLY suggest you do that. The pain it takes to put together a box of Dittos pays off in spades as you work on creating more effective Pokes. I can now create a good BF Poke within a few breeding generations.

Well, that doesn't help if you're trying to crossbreed for moves, though (which I'm heavy on and wouldn't bother breeding without)...or does it work with any Pokemon?

If you are cross-breeding then it doesn't matter what the nature is. Once you have the right moves then you breed for nature, involving that pimp Ditto.

Well, that doesn't really help if you're trying to get Egg moves on a Chansey (which I'm stuck doing right now--well, that and getting a Bold Nature one)...

Well, I don't know why this Blissey Moveset works for me, but you could give it a go...

There are only a few Pokes like Chansey that are an exception to the rule.

I don't know why that moveset works for you either. DT is a useless move because it will eventually fail. The turns it takes to make it effective can be used more effectively. Psychic should never be used on a non-Psychic Poke. FT is pretty useless on Blissey too.
