...Yeah, unless you get seriously lucky, you will DIE in the Pyramid & Pike due to the lack of healers...try using something like Miltank or Blissey.

Basically, you need a Physical Sweeper, a Special Sweeper, and a healer. And also, you can't use the same hold item twice in Battle Frontier, so having 2 Lefties won't help you at all. Replace one with Shell Bell.

So anyway....

Salamence @ Shell Bell / Leftovers / Choice Band
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Dragon Dance / Brick Break <-- if you wanna use Choice Band.

Zangoose @ Salac Berry / Liechi Berry
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Ball
- Return
- Metal Claw (Possibly. Can't think of a more creative move right now.)

Heracross @ Leftovers / Shell Bell <-- if you use Lefties on Mence.
Adamant Nature
Trait: Guts (Hopefully.)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Megahorn
- Facade

Standard STalker Hera. Meh....

I'm not feeling very creative right now... I'm actually reading a novel while doing this. But good luck all the same. :D

BB and Quick Attack are both way better than Metal Claw.

No it's not, Hera needs Rock Slide, not Facade, since Facade doesn't register the Stalker build's status condition of choice: Sleep. The fact that it needs Guts should be obvious btw.

Fixes for fixes, oh my...o.O Anyways, I prophesize that this team is going to get owned because of one simple reason: they're all physical sweepers. That's no good in the frontier. You should have one spec.sweepy one and at least one spongy type that you can switch in to take hits (E.g. Snorlax, Swampert, Milotic etc.). Drop Zangoose, that second-rate sweeper wannabe has no place in a team that already has Hera and Salamence in it. Take a walling pokémon instead, such as:

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Double-Edge
Earthquake/Shadow Ball
Rest
Sleep Talk/Curse

or possibly

Milotic @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Surf
Toxic
Rest
Sleep Talk

Those are among the best damage sponges that I've ever seen, and I know that a lax has worked wonders for me in the frontier this far. ^^

I'd also suggest replacing either the Mence or Hera with a special sweeper, such as:

Starmie @ Leftovers/Shell Bell
Nature: Timid
Trait: Natural Cure
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam/Reflect
Recover

Reflect if you want it to wall a bit better, Ice Beam if you want proper type coverage. That is all.
