Getting HP in game is too hard..
That's why I'm not using them.

Charizard @ Leftovers/Choice Band
Lv70 Hardy Nature (M)
Sunny Day Swords Dance/Rock Slide
Flamethrower Fire Blast
Earthquake
Dragon Claw Aerial Ace

No, Flameclaw is bad. Bad as in, it sucks, especially with Charizard who's main strength is in Attack. Go physical with it, Swords Dance is good for buffing while, if you can get it, you could go all out sweeper with a Choice Band. Fire Blast over Flamethrower since one shot needs to be strong enough to KO (As Charizard rarely gets a second one). Shabby nature, btw.

Alakazam @ Leftovers
Lv71 Jolly Nature (M)
Psychic
RecoverFire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunderpunch
Calm Mind
Hidden Power [Water] Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunderpunch

Absolutetly terrible nature. Poor Zam is having one of his most vital stats crippled. Shame on you. .___. There's no point with Hidden Power [Water], though, as the type coverage granted by any given elemntal punch is more useful, not to mention the benefits of higher attack power and added effects. You might also want to consider another punch over Recover since Zam most likely won't survive for long, even with HP recovery.

Pidgeot @ Choice Band
Lv69 Rash Nature (M)
Fly Return/Double-Edge
Wing AttackAerial Ace/Air Cutter
Sand Attack Steel Wing
Toxic Quick Attack

An awful nature and a horrendous moveset on an already weak pokémon. Yeah, you should really ditch this for a walling type like Snorlax since you don't have any of those on the team. As a few pieces of general piece of advice: 1. Don't rely on evasion and accuracy modifiers, that's not only cheap, it also backfires most of the time. 2. Don't use 2-stage attacks, those are only liable to be blocked by Substitute and Protect and the time wasted on them could be used far more productively. 3. Never use an HM move that isn't called Surf, all of the others are hopelessly substandard. If you need the move for mobility purposes then use an HM slave.

Machamp @ Choice Band
Lv70 Adamant Nature
Cross Chop
Revenge Facade
Seismic Toss Brick Break/Earthquake/Focus Punch/Sleep Talk
Rock Slide

The first useful nature in the whole lot and you stick two worthless moves on it. Shame. .___. Revenge is pointless, since you can deal greater damage without taking damage by using the awesomeness of Cross Chop. Seismic Toss is pointless since it neglects Machamp's best stat: Attack. Use Facade, combined with Guts and a minor status infliction it can cause large amounts of pain to opponents. For the final move, you could try Brick Break for some more STAB fun (Because Cross Chop's PP is so low) or even Earthquake if you're desperate for a few more super effective hits, while Focus Punch or Sleep Talk could be used if you like predicting. Ingame they might not be such a good idea, though, since the AI is so random.
Yeah, pretty weak with a lot of seriously debiliating natures. The only pokémon pulling its own weight here seems to be Machamp.

Ehh I guess I'll have to breed for a new charizard... Since im not erasing those moves :] I might just breed all of them and trade in a new game to get those stats.

Let me have a go at this:

Charizard
Lonely (+ATK,-DEF) / Naughty (+ATK, -SDEF)
Swords Dance
Flamethrower / Fire Blast
Earthquake
Aerial Ace

This build is really powerful. Swords Dance a few times and then EQ or AA and the Fire Attack for STAB.

Alakazam
Modest (+SATK, -ATK)
Psychic
Recover
Calm Mind
Fire Punch / Thunderpunch

I recommend not using Hidden Power in-game, to me it is not that powerful.

Pidgeot
Lv69 Rash Nature (M)
Fly
Wing Attack
Sand Attack
Toxic
NO NO NO!!!!! PIDGEOT = BAD! May I Suggest Dodrio.

Dodrio
Adamant (+ATK, -SATK)
Tri-Attack
Drill Peck
Steel Wing
Body Slam

Machamp
Lv70 Adamant Nature
Cross Chop
Revenge
Seismic Toss
Rock Slide

Sorry I'm not to good with Machamp, not a personal favorite
