Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature
Ability: Torrent

-Surf/Hydro Pump/Counter/Curse
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-??? Rest

Yay for Pert. Rest is a must here because Swampert is such a glorious wall, and Hydro Pump is usually the suggested Water move since Swampert needs EVs in a lot of different places and so can't usually afford much Sp.Attack. Of course there are also other alternatives for that slot, so just pick whichever you like most.

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
Ability: Synchronize

-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Thunderbolt
-Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp

Very standard Gardevoir. Will-O-Wisp is an option for the status move since it does such nice things to physical attackers, but it's fine as is.

Breloom
Jolly Nature
Ability: Effect Spore

-Spore
-Focus Punch
-Leech Seed/Swords Dance
-??? Mach Punch/Sky Uppercut/Sludge Bomb/Substitute

Lots of options here, Mach Punch to let it finish fast stuff off, Sky Uppercut deals decent damage against foes you can't put to sleep, Sludge Bomb gives a bit more type coverage and Substitute works nicely in tandem with Focus Punch and Leech Seed. Speed should be as high as it can get since you really need to get that Spore in. Swords Dance is also an option over Leech Seed if you want a more offensively oriented Breloom.

Altaria @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
Ability: Natural Cure

-Dragon Dance Ice Beam
-Aerial Ace Flamethrower/Fire Blast
-Steel Wing Dragon Claw/Sing/Toxic/Haze
-Rest

Don't bother with DD Altaria, it can't Rest abuse properly and will get KOed before it gets its power up. Go with special attacks, status moves, and shameless Rest exploitation. This is definitely the weak link on this team, so I'd really suggest taking something with a bit more umph instead.

Metagross @ Leftovers/Choice Band
Adamant Nature
Ability: Clear Body

-Earthquake
-Meteor Mash
-Iron Defense Agility/Rock Slide/Sludge Bomb
- Explosion/Rock Slide/Sludge Bomb

Yay Metagross. Leftovers is for the Agility set, otherwise just go with a full physical arsenal and Choice Band. Explosion deals pwnsome damage, but if you've got ethical issues with that move then physical fillers abound, so take your pick.

(6th Pokemon Needed)
Ehh...I'm too lazy to think up a proper 6th pokémon, but you can't really go wrong with

Milotic @ Leftovers
Nature:Bold
Surf
Toxic
Rest
Sleep Talk

Very dangerous set if you give it the proper EV spread (It's floating around here somewhere, I'm sure), its shameless Marvel Scale exploit gives it serious walling power against all kinds of attacks. You could also try replacing Altaria with a tougher special wall like

Regice @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave/Toxic
Rest

I know that collecting all those Leftovers is a serious pain, but trust me, it's well worth the effort. ^^

No, no, no, no. Please don't rate teams until you learn more about team building as someone new to the game might actually take your suggestions seriously.

Here are the problems you are having with your suggestions:

Swampert: Naive is not a good nature here since the +Spd isn't that much helpful compared to the -SDef loss. What Pert really needs is either +Def or +Atk, depending on its moveset. Also, NEVER teach a Poke two attacks of the same type (i.e. Surf and Muddy Water). It is redundant and prevents said Poke from being more effective. Not only that, but with a choice between the two, a good trainer would use Surf every time anyway. Iron Tail and Dynamic Punch are both LOL here. As Alter Ego pointed out, that last slot should be Rest, or at least Protect to help it wall better.

Gardevoir: Thunder is not needed here, especially since Calm Mind makes Thunderbolt powerful enough with out the accuracy loss.

Breloom: There is no option in the first slot. Spore is Breloom's best move. 100% accuracy is not something you should overlook. If you evolved Shroomish before getting Spore, breed for one. It is that important. Bullet Seed is also LOL. Alter Ego again gave the best options.

Altaria: NEVER use crappy two-turn moves like Fly or Hyper Beam. You can do more damage in two turns with Aerial Ace than you can with one Fly attack that takes two turns. It is a total waste. Avoid Dragonbreath too. That should be Dragon Claw. As Alter Ego also mentioned, avoid DDtaria altogether.

Metagross: This should be Adamant Nature to make it hit harder. If you want a speedy one, give it Agility instead of Iron Defense. Metagross actually doesn't even need Psychic since a boosted Meteor Mash does plenty damage itself. Explosion or Rock Slide are much better options.

Rayquaza: This team already has an Ice weakness, no need to make it worse. Resorting to ubers is noobish anyway, especially in-game. Not to mention that its moveset is pretty bad. Dragon Rage is LOL!!!! on Rayquaza since it only does 40 points of damage. A Lv70 Rayquaza could do more damage than that with Struggle. I already explained how crappy Hyper Beam is. Dragon Claw is good if you want a special attacking Rayquaza, as is Thunderbolt. Crunch and Ice Beam do well here as well.

As for Exokriz, stick with AE's suggestions.
