Magcargo @ Leftovers
Lvl. 38 Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Yawn
- Flamethrower
- Protect/Light Screen/Reflect
- Protect/Light Screen/Reflect

If this thing wasn't a Fire-type, it would be pretty cool. But alas, it is and it is not (cool). Being 4x weak to Water and Ground is not cool, especially when you add weakness to Fighting and Rock. Also, don't include Exp Share as your hold item. We know you are only using it to level up your Poke. Instead, put down what you want it to hold when it finished. The moveset should follow the same concept. I don't care what moves it has now. I want to know what moves you want it to end up with, and then that can be fixed. The nature should be Bold to take advantage of its high Def. The last two slots are up to you. Yawn + Protect is a good combo, but LS/Reflect is good to pass to your teammates. One thing for sure is that this thing should not be your lead. Too slow and too vulnerable to too much.

Wailord @ Leftovers
Lvl. 50 Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Toxic

A few things here. NEVER use crappy held items like Nevermeltice or items that rely on luck as in Quick Claw. They are too limited to be effective in what they do. You want something that either increases stats across the board, increases HP, or can cure status conditions. Also when wanting a rate, include the final evolution or specify you aren't going to evolve it. Next, NEVER give the same Poke two attacking moves of the same type. It is redundant and prevents said Poke from being more effective. Rash is also a bad nature for Wailord. Its defenses are crappy anyway and it doesn't have the necessary speed to sweep. Go with Modest or even a +SDef or +Def would work, as long as it isn't -SAtk. Wailord as a whole is not a good Poke. There are so many other Water-types that perform much better than it can. But, it is your team. Go with the typical bulky water spread and hope that it can survive longer than a turn.

Salamence @ Choice Band
Lvl. 54 Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Brick Break/Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast/Rock Slide

Ugh. I can hear this thing crying out in shame inside its Poke Ball. LOL Again, please list what moves you want your Poke to end up with. Salamence is such a versatile Poke. It can be a special sweeper, a physical sweeper, or both. I prefer it to be physical and your lead. You can choose otherwise, depending on how the rest of your team turns out. For the physical set, I suggest utilizing Choice Band to make Salamence hit harder. Also, the nature definitely needs to be changed, preferably to Adamant. NEVER use crappy two-turn moves like Fly or Hyper Beam. Aerial Ace can do more damage attacking twice in two turns than Fly can do attacking once in two turns. No brainer. Fire Blast over Flamethrower since its nature is -SAtk, or you can go with Brick Break or Rock Slide instead. Earthquake is also a must here, mainly because of Salamence's very high base Atk (135), but also because EQ does damage to so many different types.

Flygon @ Choice Band
Lvl. 65 Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Quick Attack
- Rock Slide

I wouldn't have both Salamence and Flygon on the same team. The 4x weakness to Ice on both just screams out SWEEP ME. The only benefit Flygon has over Salamence is that Earthquake is STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) and Flygon can hit harder with it. Otherwise, Flygon is outclassed by Salamence in every way. If you choose Flygon over Salamence, the same physical sweeper utilizing CB is suggested. Avoid using neutral natures as they do nothing for your Poke. Quick Attack is suggested to quickly KO a weakened Poke before they can attack. Great Poke in its own right, but not quite as good as Salamence in-game.

Rayquaza [b]@ Choice Band/Leftovers
Lvl. 80 Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Brick Break/Flamethrower
- Extremespeed
- Rock Slide

Having three Pokes with the same 4x weakness is a bad idea, even if it is a cheap Poke like Rayquaza. It still goes down just as easily to an Ice Beam. You got stuck with a crappy nature too. Like Salamence and Flygon though, Rayquaza is best used as a physical sweeper, especially since you wasted EQ on it. The concept is similar to Flygon, except the fact that Rayquaza is ridiculously more powerful and really shouldn't be used outside of an uber battle. Extremespeed just owns since it does the same as QA does for Flygon but it infinitely more powerful. I would suggest going with something a little more balanced.
Overall, your team is too one-sided and has a big crutch in Rayquaza. A Lv80 uber Poke can basically rip through everything in-game anyway. What I would suggest is that you take out some of the redundancy and make your team more versatile. Add a Poke that is strong defensively, either physically or specially or both. You can even have two Pokes (one physical and one special) or just one that is strong in both stats (i.e. Umbreon). You also need something of a special sweeper. That would make your team much better and better equipped to take on different types of Pokes. Good luck.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try out a Raichu I've been raising along with another random poke. I figured Rayquaza was too much of an uber, so I'll probably switch him with with said random. Thanks again.
