While it may be a speculation, it'll prepare for the next metagame, regardless.

I've also made some changes. I'll post them via edit.

Actually, I've been working on Diamond/Pearl movesets.

Earthquake
Waterfall/Curse
Snow Slide
Rest

Find something else as your phazer. Without healing moves (not even Leftovers), Swampert won't just long against the things it should be. Now Arm Hammer is just redundant. Same power as Earthquake, but guess what? Quake is stronger due to STAB. Waterfall please. It's physical now and hurts Skarmory harder than Arm Hammer. You can also try Curse, so it's basically like Cursepert without having to split EVs. Which means you don't have to lower its speed anymore since it's not using Sp. Attacks.

*Umbreon
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Bold
-Ability: Synchronize
-EVs: 252 HP / {(4 ATK)/(+(4 DEF / 4 SPCL DEF))} / 148 DEF / 104 SPCL DEF
-Moveset:
Mean Look
Substitute/Taunt
Wish
Baton Pass

Mean Look please. You'll most likely want Taunt for phazers.

*Kaburaisu
-Item: Shell Bell
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Sand Veil
-EVs: 4 HP / 252 ATK / 252 SPD
-Moveset:
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Dragon Dive/Dragon Claw

Dragon Claw is an option in case Dragon Dive misses too much. Adamant please. Kaburaisu isn't as strong as other Dragons (130 Attack instead of 135), but is a bit faster than them (102 Speed instead of 100).

*Metagross
-Item: Concentration Band
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Clear Body
-EVs: 204 HP / 196 Atk / 108 Def
-Moveset:
Meteor Mash
Reminiscant Headbutt
Earthquake
Thunderpunch

You could invest more EVs into HP since Concentration Band is boosting your Attack. Also, you need to increase HP more than Defense, since Metagross's HP is lower.

*Gengar
-Item: Salac Berry
-Nature: Timid
-Ability: Levitate
-EVs: 4 HP / 252 SPCL ATK / 252 SPD
-Moveset:
Shadow Ball
Focus Bomb

Energy Ball
Destiny Bond

Definitely Shadow Ball to take advantage of the new Special Attack switch. Focus Bomb for Steels and Darks if you're not worried about that accuracy. With that, you'd basically have every type covered and I'd leave T-bolt for extra coverage for common types.
Oh, and Timid, or else you won't outspeed a lot of important things like Tyranitar with one Dragon Dance.

*Milotic
-Item: Large Root
-Nature: Bold
-Ability: Marvel Scale
-EVs: 168 HP / 252 Def / 32 Spd / 56 SAtk
-Moveset:
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk

You probably want RestTalk, since the things Milotic is supposed to counter (Dragons, Tyranitar etc) now get superpowerful STABed moves that can 2KO Milo without a Marvel Scale Boost. Also, Max Defense and Bold always! Milotic is a bulky Water, not a special wall.
Okay, so you have both Swampert and Milotic on the same team. That's very redudant, considering they are both Bulky Waters. I'd have to say Swampert is better in D/P, since it resists Rock which means Stealth Rock and Stone Edge won't be doing so much damage.

No, if you read ab's post carefully, you will know that in DP Milotic counters get better STAB moves. Stalker version is better.

Thanks for nothing; At least Aragonbird gives me the impression that he knows what he's talking about. BTW, post some EVs and a Nature if you're ever going to rate to give your tasteless and standard rates a bit more informative.
