And so, here's my attempt to converge a thematic sense with strategy.

*Steelix
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Sturdy
-EVs: 252 HP / 252 ATK / 4 DEF
-Moveset
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Explosion/Psych Up
Roar

Self-Explanatory

*Dragonite
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Modest
-Ability: Inner Focus
-EVs: 180 HP / 180 SPD / 148 SPCL ATK
-Moveset:
Thunder Wave
HP Grass
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

Before I get BS about not having SubPunch, I wanted to avoid the standard as much as possible and why not utilize Thunder Wave? HP Grass for the pesky Swampert.

*Sceptile
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Timid
-Ability: Overgrow
-EVs: 28 HP / 252 SPD / 228 SPCL ATK
-Moveset:
Substitute
Leech Seed
Leaf Blade
Thunderpunch

Meh, I guess I needed one standard.

*Charizard
-Item: Salac Berry
-Nature: Naive
-Ability: Blaze
-EVs: 192 ATK / 64 SPD / 252 SPCL ATK
-Moveset:
Belly Drum
Fire Blast
Earthquake
HP Flying

If you're going to suggest switch this for Salamence then you're in way over your head. For one, I want to gain Charizard some glory for this current generation. Secondly, just don't do it... including you, LugiaLord.

*Milotic
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Bold
-Ability: Marvel Scale
-EVs: 148 HP / 196 DEF / 56 SPCL ATK / 107 SPCL DEF
-Moveset:
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk

What can I say? The Bulky, Resilient Water

*Tyranitar
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Sand Stream
-EVs: 172 HP / 240 ATK / 96 SPD
-Moveset:
Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Rock Slide
HP Bug

I gave 'em some SPD just to make the first DD a bit of a difference.

Impish always works best so that this can wall. You'll need about 500-512 Def total, so cut some of the attack out. You can also invest in some Sdef so you can minimize the damage from some unSTABed attacks, like Salamence Flamethrowers/Fire Blasts.

*Dragonite

Tbh, I don't use subpunch that much either, and as innovative as this set is, Dragonite failing to harm Blissey or Lax isn't all too great. Try HP Flying/Brick Break over HP Grass; Swampert only has a 50% chance of switching in unharmed anyway. Or you can use Flamethrower/HP Grass combination, which isn't resisted by too many things, and follow it up with Brick Break.

HP Ice/Fire > Thunderpunch

you'll want at least 300 Speed starting off if you really want even a CHANCE at making this set work. You can drop some SAtk, as Blaze and STAB will kicking in make Fire Blast all the more a threat

*Milotic

-Nature: Bold

[b]Max HP does it better. You don't really need SDef on Milotic. Toxic usually works better on the sleep talk variant, as it statuses the obvious special wall switch in and makes up for the lack of Milotic's sweeping capability.

*Tyranitar
-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Sand Stream
-EVs: 172 HP / 240 ATK / 96 SPD

Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Rock Slide
HP Bug

And thats what you should normally do.
Nothing really miraculous. Some well places spikes and a good phaze can cause this team some pain, especially with TTar around and not too many sandstorm resistances. For that purpose you might consider Taunt over HP Bug. There's also the fact that you have Salac on Charizard in a Sandstorm, which, in general, isn't all that great of an idea. I can see some of the faster special sweepers making quick work of this team.
