Maybe that Toxic on a competitive Umbreon isn't worth it? There are lots of better moves out there, and you should really learn a bit (no, make that a lot) more about strategies before you try to make changes to functioning teams. Standard isn't always best, you know, and you don't even know standard properly. .___.
As for the team...well, I can't find any blatant weaks on it. Status attacks on the switch might cause problems since you don't have a cleric, but with movesets like these your opponent will probably be doing most of the switching. Umbreon and Snorlax can stop most special sweepers and Skarm handles the physicals, so yeah. It's a good team, although it requires more prediction skills than I could muster. Meh, the only obstacle I see is random crithax and such, but there's not really much you can do about that.
