Okay, I've been playing Pokémon for a very long time but I keep losing to my opponents. I saw that alot of people was giving very good advice for other ''trainers's'' teams. I will take any advice and I don't even care if I got to retrain my Pokémon to level 100 again. (BTW, it's FR version)

Good for you. That means you can rebreed for good Natures.

*First off, don't use more than one damaging attack of the same type on one Pokemon. That means, if you have two offensive moves (like Water or Fire or Electric etc.), then choose only one of them and delete the other. The reason behind this is that each Pokemon needs to be versatile and handle types that they are weak against. If you put two or more attacks of the same type on one Pokemon, you are limiting their potential to beat other Pokemon.
This does not apply to moves that work in special ways. For instance, you can put Quick Attack and another Normal move on one Pokemon. You can also put Reversal and another Fighting move on one Pokemon because the two moves act in different ways.

*Never use items that only boost the power of one type. That means don’t use Charcoal, Mystic Water, Miracle Seed, Magnet, Sharp Beak, Silk Scarf, Blackbelt, Dragon Fang, Soft Sand, Metal Coat, Silver Powder, Hard Rock, Blackglasses, Poison Barb, Spell Tag, Twistedspoon, or Nevermeltice. They virtually are useless since the power boost is only 10% and that won’t help at all.

Also, they are called Natures, not Moods.

Level: 100 (male)
Name:Blastoise
Item held: Le
Mood: Relax
- Surf
- Ice beam
- Rest
- Toxic

Blastoise is a defensive Pokemon, not an offensive one. The only attacks it needs are Surf and Ice Beam (for Dragons and Grass).
Toxic lets it gradually damage other Water types and Rest keeps it alive longer.

Never ever use Hydro Cannon or any of the other Hyper Beam attacks. Keep in mind that Surf is overall stronger than Hydro Cannon. Since Hydro Cannon forces you to have a recharge turn, it'll never get stronger than 150 power in two turns, while Surf achieves 190 power in two turns. Also, using Surf means you can freely switch if the opponent brings in an Electric/Grass type, while Hydro Cannon's recharge time means you can't switch and your opponent can kill you.

Level:100 (female)
Name: Arcanine
Item Held: Charcoal
Mood: adamant
- Howl
- Iron Tail

- ExtremeSpeed
- Overheat

How are you going to handle Rock types?
Iron Tail is the only real attack that Arcanine can use against Rocks. Use Howl to boost your Attack to stand a better chance of KOing your opponents. Overheat is the best Fire move for Arcanine since it's both powerful and accurate. Also, keep in mind that two Overheats (210 power total) are stronger than two Flamethrowers (190 power total).

Level: 100 (male)
Name: Ursaring
Item Held: Leftovers
Mood: Adamant

- Return
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Seep Talk

Mega Kick and Slash are both bad Normal attacks. Mega Kick is too inaccurate and Slash is too weak. Return is the STABed best attack for a Normal type. Rest and Sleep Talk is a good combo for Ursaring because while you are sleeping, Guts activates and boosts your Attack power so you can hit things harder than ever while maintaining high health.

Level: 100 (male)
Name: Ludicolo
Item Held: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Mood: Modest

- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Giga Drain/Leech Seed
- Ice Beam

Hmm, this is actually a good moveset. But it needs a Modest nature and Leftovers/Lum Berry as an item (Lefties for healing, Lum to cure paralysis which can cripple your sweeping ability.) You can try breeding with Shroomish to get Leech Seed, which can be more useful than Giga Drain in the long run.

Level: 100 (male)
Name: Ampharos
Item Held: Leftovers
Mood: Quiet Nature

- Thunder Bolt
- Thunder Wave/Fire Punch
- Substitute
- Focus Punch

What can this Ampharos do to opponent Electric types? It can't do anything.
Keep Thunderbolt, delete the other Electric attacks.
SubPunch works like this: Use Substitute first so that you won't take any damage from the opponent. This allows you to freely use Focus Punch and hit opponents with the most powerful Fighting move in the game. It's great for taking out Rock/Ground types that you otherwise can't handle.
Fire Punch can go over T-Wave to handle Grass types.

Level: 100 (female)
Name: Nidoqueen
Item Held: Leftovers
Mood: Quiet

- EarthQuake
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

Earthquake is good, Rock Slide is fine, but since you are using Electric attacks, you don't need Rock. Use Sludge Bomb for double STAB.
Then have her learn Thunderbolt and Ice Beam.

Leftovers, Liechi Berry (if you can luck out on getting it), or Choice Band usually work for the set he just gave you. If I may, I think this is a good team for most people to use in-game vs a friend, just for starters:

Salamence @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Rock Slide / Fire Blast

Salamence has a history of sweeping on earlier versions of Netbattle; it should apply so in-game even moreso.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
Relaxed/Sassy Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect
- Surf / Hydro Pump

Just the all around hustler.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Sludge Bomb / Rock Slide

Sludge Bomb since Ludicolos seem to be more frequent in link battles from my knowledge.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Hypnosis / Toxic

Hypnosis being the better of the two, but Toxic if you're lazy. This does a lot for the team, including taking status and helping Meta and Salamence come in to sweep with Hypnosis.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Impish Nature
- Drill Peck / Air Cutter/ Aerial Ace
- Spikes
- Roar
- Substitute

I'd never leave home without it. You'd be surprised how many link battlers cannot properly take this on.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave / Ice Beam
- Aromatherapy

Ice Beam'd probably be the better choice. To be honest, this is a pain in the ass to train, so if that frustrates you, you can use this instead:

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Bold/Calm/Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Rest
- Psych Up

I'm willing to bet that your opponents use Calm Mind alot.

Basically, it's nothing special, but it pretty much covers most of the standard weaknesses a team has while still doing a decent job offensively.

Just a suggestion btw.
