Moveset looks pretty good. But what's the HP ev's for? IMO You should max attack.

Nyah, since it's ingame you might want to go with Sludge Bomb over Sky Uppercut for some extra type coverage. On the EVs...well, you might have to make an adjustment to the HP depending on your Breloom's IVs in that stat. While it's true that Breloom usually has max Attack, I guess it's not necessary with the SD set. Also, Jolly over Adamant imo. Breloom needs to outspeed above all else.

With Breloom's SAtk? Not if I could help it. xP Giga Drain is only if you don't want to go through the bother of getting a better move.

More like Sludge Bomb over Focus Punch. Personally I'd rather not waste time Sporing just to use Focus Punch if I'm using a Swords Dance set.

No, did you not read Alter Ego's post the last time you suggested Giga Drain?

Breloom @ Leftovers
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: Max Spd, Atk depends on IVs, rest in HP
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Sky Uppercut
- Sludge Bomb
- Spore
- Swords Dance

I still prefer Leech Seed over Swords Dance.

You don't need to max Attack if you are using Swords Dance, but on the other hand you need Speed to outspeed things.

Also, use Leech Seed somewhere it's so good In-Game because they don't switch.

Sporeseeding rocks in-game. Or, if you want a straightforward physical sweeper, Swords Dance > Leech Seed. Sporeswording, then. Then go for Sludge Bomb and Sky Uppercut or Brick Break. Personally, I think Brick Break > Sky Uppercut on in-game Brelooms.

IOW:

Breloom @ Leftovers
Jolly / Adamant Nature
Trait: Effect Spore
- Spore
- Swords Dance / Leech Seed
- Sludge Bomb
- Sky Uppercut / Brick Break

I assume you've EV trained in Emerald? Seems like you've got the exact amount of EVs on each desired stat so kudos to you.

The only Grass moves Breloom should ever have are Spore and Leech Seed. He has Spore therefore he has a Grass move. ^_^

Did you know if you give Breloom:

EVs: 100 HP / 96 Atk / 216 Def / 96 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

He survives an Adamant Tar's **** Slide and Earthquake. Also I just spit it between attack and speed you can give it more attack if you like. This is for fun though.
