I don't think I ever got close to a horse or if I did, it was watching one, on the other side of a circus.

A horse? Well...I used to really be into horses when I was small, but now I'm growing out of liking them a bit. o-o...though I still love them as an animal. XD

I rode one at camp, which was about 2 years ago, it was like a trail ride...if that's what it's called...

I mostly see horses in farms...*states the obvious*

Nope, not really, just activities like Absailing and Cooking...the camping stuff. But that was in Year 6.

Now in this year, I have to just do boring stuff, but I only looked forward to the Science one that we had because we got too look through a Telescope. XD

I'm not sure what this years camp will be like though, but I know it'll be during 1st Semester, that's when it always is.

Oh..

I find it stupid how schools have camps in the first semester, because you never know if the students would only go to the camp and then leave the school. Considering most schools substidise the costs of camps. I think the schools would be losing profit.

Camps... Those sound really similar to my school's residential trips. This year, which is the last year we have a 'fun' residential, we went abseiling down a waterfall. That was scary, but fun...
Was it cold near the waterfalls?

Well, mine is a school where we have to pay lots of money...XD

And, as long as I don't have to pay...
XD, Oh..private, right? They would cost loads.

Yup, private school. ;x

Yeah, my parents love me very much, to be able to pay lots of money, being in high school, it costs more to go there...XD

Ooh, Waterfall...that would have been awesome..but yes scary...because I'm scared of heights. XD

I thought private school would be worse. Well, the dress code, don't you have to wear ties and jackets and stuff?

In normal high school we only have the dull grey uniform..

Nope, the uniform is pretty. :x

I don't wear ties, but boys have to in Winter...which looks funny on them..and they hate wearing them, so it's even more funnier...and they also get an instant detention if they don't wear one...unless they have an uniform pass...which gives them one day to get a new one. XD

Oh, and boys have to tuck their shirts in, but girls don't...oh how I love being a girl. XD

Hah, well being in a Private school has benefits and costs, it's not always good...they always give you detentions for stupid reasons, like forgetting to bring a text book...on a day we don't even have to use one. XD

And I think we talk about school too much here. @[email protected]

I feel sorry for the guys in your school XD

In my school, the uniform is practically the same for girls and boys, with the exception that girls can wear skirts (xP). It just consists of a polo shirt with either pants or skirts, for girls.

Indeed, it is a hefty amount of work. My sister and mom took care of most of the workload though, because they were more into the whole thing. So yeah...I got the benefits without the drawbacks for the most part.
This is such a typical guy response, let them do all the work while you have all the fun..*high fives* Good for you.

And I think we talk about school too much here. @[email protected]
I believe that's been mentioned at least five times this month.

School is pretty much what we do, though, so it's to be expected. I'm glad that uni has no dress codes, though the cold and snow are keeping me from wearing a skirt. I will do so one of these days, even if it stays below 0. I'm getting tired of pants. ;_;
Yeah, but still. If school is the only thing you ever do, you need to get some hobbies or something. I spent years at school, and yet I still managed to find a lot more stuff to talk about. Even talking about what -happened- at school is better than talking -about- your school all the time. Seriously, people spend a 1/3 of their lives at school, they must have interesting stories to tell occasionally. That'd make a better discussion than school uniforms.

That may be true, and I'd agree--I do have a lot more to talk about, just all as equally uninteresting XD;--except high school kids tend to obsess out school and stuff like uniforms outside of school. I think. Don't they? I never went to high school, but I get the feeling that I should be glad I didn't.
