I can't find anymore moves to let it learn. I have 4 heart scales but i don't know what moves to teach it.

First off, including the HP stat is unnecessary. Second, avoid crappy two-turn moves like Solarbeam and Hyper Beam. Attacking two times with Leaf Blade will do more damage than attacking once with Solarbeam that takes two turns. Leaf Blade should be your primary Grass move, as it is the strongest and most consistent. I highly suggest using Leech Seed, which requires breeding, which is what you should do anyway to get Timid Nature. Thunderpunch is to cover its Flying weakness, and Sub makes it tank pretty well. Between Leftovers and Leech Seed, your Subs are practically free.

Blaziken
Lv:100
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
Moves:
- Fire Blast
- Sky Uppercut
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

Blaziken is my favourite in this pack. I obtained him via a trade.

Never give a Poke two attacking moves of the same type. It is redundant and prevents your Poke from being more versatile. For example, giving it Rock Slide allows it to cover its Flying weakness. Swords Dance is also preferred over a redundant second Fighting move. Also avoid using neutral natures as they serve no purpose at all.

Swampert
Lv:100
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
Moves:
- Earthquake
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest/Protect

Once again obtained via trade. I know i've packed him with HM's but I didn't have other moves.

You can purchase Ice Beam at the Game Corner to give Swampert the ability to cover its only weakness with a great attack. Modest Nature really is a bad idea since it weakens Swampert's best STAB attack. Go with Relaxed to help it tank better and then add Rest or Protect for the last slot. Swampert rulez all starters.

Rayquaza
Lv:100
Modest Nature
Moves:
- Dragon Claw
- Crunch
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Having ubers on an in-game team is LOL!!! since they are too powerful and only become a crutch more than a help. There is no strategy involved. Just send out the high level uber Poke ftw. You really don't need a full team. Just an uber, an HM slave, and 4 Linoone. Having the three ubers on the same team is also LOL!!! since their abilities cancel the others out. Drizzle hurts Blaziken and Drought hurts Swampert. If you cannot live without them, this Rayquaza is already set up to be a strong special sweeper. The attacks should be pretty self-explanatory.

Kyogre
Lv:100
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)/Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Moves:
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Thunder
- Calm Mind

I obtained Kyogre via trade. Most of the moves I've listed he already knew.

Well I am certainly glad that you rescued this Kyogre from its previous trainer that stuck it with HORRIBLE moves. Get rid of those IMMEDIATELY. Surf is all that is needed, and if you remember what Drizzle does, it makes Thunder 100% accurate, so get that too. Calm Mind allows Kyogre to basically own the world. It is too cheap for its own good.

Groudon
Lv:100
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Moves:
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Rock Slide
Swords Dance

The most original pokemon I had.

The mother of all ubers. Once it gets a Swords Dance in, it destroys teams. Cheapness.

This team was destroyed when a kid deleted/overwrote the file.
Your team is way overbalanced. Cut back on the cheap ubers and your team will be more well-rounded.

Ouch, that must've been tragic.

If you manage to rebuild the team, or use it in Netbattle one day, I'll do what I can here. Changes in bold. Some of my suggestions will require breeding and trading to other games to obtain new moves and natures.

Giga Drain isn't very good, Leaf Blade is better. Especally with that nice critical hit chance. Normally I'd discourage Solar Beam but since you had Groudon you could take advantage of Drought.

Blaziken
Lv:100
Adamant/Jolly Nature
HP:317
Moves:
Fire Blast/Overheat
Swords Dance/Bulk Up/Reversal
Endure/Slash/some other move
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut/Endure

Blaziken is my favourite in this pack. I obtained him via a trade.
Blaziken's one of my favorite Pokemon, so I'm more at home here. I know its movepool better. Now, it might not be such a good idea to use more than one of attack of the same type like Fire Blast and Overheat at once. Kinda wastes space. An exeption to this is Reversal Blaziken, in which case you'd want to have Brick Break or Sky Uppercut as a backup move until HP gets low. So really, you have a lot of options with Blaziken. All the more if you want to bother with breeding and extensive trading.

Swampert
Lv:100
Adamant/Modest Nature
HP:334
Moves:
Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam
Curse, some other power-up or filler move

Once again obtained via trade. I know i've packed him with HM's but I didn't have other moves.
Surf and Muddy water are basically the same exept Muddy water is less accurate and has less PP. Stick with Surf. Ice Beam is good on it incase of dragons or grass types. Curse to bulk it up. Really the only HM you should teach a Pokemon intended for battle is Surf. If you want to go with Cursepert I would really reccomend Adamant nature.

Rayquaza
Lv:100
Modest Nature
HP:435
Moves:
Dragon Claw
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Crunch

Now normally I'd give you an Attack-based Rayquaza but with Modest nature and Dragon Claw it makes a really good special attacker. Especally with its high spec attack.

Kyogre
Lv:100
Modest/Calm Nature
HP:356
Moves:
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunder
Calm Mind

I obtained Kyogre via trade. Most of the moves I've listed he already knew.
Dude, again, don't go with HM moves like that unless you just want to use Kyogre for traveling. Just use Surf. You REALLY need Thunder so you can abuse its Drizzle ability. Which of course causes rain which makes Thunder 100% accurate yadda yadda... Calm Mind to power it up and pack more of a wallop.

Groudon
Lv:100
Hasty Nature
HP:361
Moves:
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Rock Slide
Overheat

The most original pokemon I had.
Groudon has no real use for Rest and Hyper Beam's a nono, seeing as Earthquake can be just as powerful with the STAB boost Groudon gives it. Rock Slide for flying types and Levitators and Overheat for things like Skarmory or things that really don't like fire. Swords Dance to power up and become a monster. I really just wouldn't suggest Groudon and Kyogre on the same team though.

This team was destroyed when a kid deleted/overwrote the file.
It's too bad you lost those Pokemon, although you could the team with a lot of trades and breeding. And Netbattle... although my suggestions aren't quite fine-tuned for Netbattle.
