Ouch, that must've been tragic.
If you manage to rebuild the team, or use it in Netbattle one day, I'll do what I can here. Changes in
bold. Some of my suggestions will require breeding and trading to other games to obtain new moves and natures.

I can't find anymore moves to let it learn. I have 4 heart scales but i don't know what moves to teach it.
Giga Drain isn't very good, Leaf Blade is better. Especally with that nice critical hit chance. Normally I'd discourage Solar Beam but since you had Groudon you could take advantage of Drought.
Blaziken
Lv:100
Adamant/Jolly Nature
HP:317
Moves:
Fire Blast/Overheat
Swords Dance/Bulk Up/Reversal
Endure/Slash/some other move
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut/Endure
Blaziken is my favourite in this pack. I obtained him via a trade.
Blaziken's one of my favorite Pokemon, so I'm more at home here. I know its movepool better. Now, it might not be such a good idea to use more than one of attack of the same type like Fire Blast and Overheat at once. Kinda wastes space. An exeption to this is Reversal Blaziken, in which case you'd want to have Brick Break or Sky Uppercut as a backup move until HP gets low. So really, you have a lot of options with Blaziken. All the more if you want to bother with breeding and extensive trading.
Swampert
Lv:100
Adamant/Modest Nature
HP:334
Moves:
Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam
Curse, some other power-up or filler move
Once again obtained via trade. I know i've packed him with HM's but I didn't have other moves.
Surf and Muddy water are basically the same exept Muddy water is less accurate and has less PP. Stick with Surf. Ice Beam is good on it incase of dragons or grass types. Curse to bulk it up. Really the only HM you should teach a Pokemon intended for battle is Surf. If you want to go with Cursepert I would really reccomend Adamant nature.
Rayquaza
Lv:100
Modest Nature
HP:435
Moves:
Dragon Claw
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Crunch
Now normally I'd give you an Attack-based Rayquaza but with Modest nature and Dragon Claw it makes a really good special attacker. Especally with its high spec attack.
Kyogre
Lv:100
Modest/Calm Nature
HP:356
Moves:
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunder
Calm Mind
I obtained Kyogre via trade. Most of the moves I've listed he already knew.
Dude, again, don't go with HM moves like that unless you just want to use Kyogre for traveling. Just use Surf. You REALLY need Thunder so you can abuse its Drizzle ability. Which of course causes rain which makes Thunder 100% accurate yadda yadda... Calm Mind to power it up and pack more of a wallop.
Groudon
Lv:100
Hasty Nature
HP:361
Moves:
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Rock Slide
Overheat
The most original pokemon I had.
Groudon has no real use for Rest and Hyper Beam's a nono, seeing as Earthquake can be just as powerful with the STAB boost Groudon gives it. Rock Slide for flying types and Levitators and Overheat for things like Skarmory or things that really don't like fire. Swords Dance to power up and become a monster. I really just wouldn't suggest Groudon and Kyogre on the same team though.
This team was destroyed when a kid deleted/overwrote the file.

It's too bad you lost those Pokemon, although you could the team with a lot of trades and breeding. And Netbattle... although my suggestions aren't quite fine-tuned for Netbattle.
