I know that some of these Pokemon aren't the best to work with, but this is the team I want to use. So please, I beg you, post suggestions for movesets, but please not alternative line up.
That's pretty much it. It isn't really about beating her, its more about teaching myself about the proper training of Pokemon. I've tried using Pokemon with support moves, but without the proper movesets and EV's I keep getting my butt kicked. So please, guys, educate me!

A no switch rule is just...silly, really, as it promotes unstrategic play and use of brute force. But if that's the case then I guess buffing sweeper types are what's called for. Also, the maximum amount of EVs you can distribute is 510, 4 EVs = 1 stat point, so the maximum amount of beneficial EV points is 508. As for the team....

Suicune @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
EV's: 252 HP, 120 Def, 136 SDef
- Surf
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Substitute Rest
If you can't switch then Calmcune without Rest is dead meat. This one also seems to have a bit too much Speed. Dunno' what the correct spread is since it's been so long since I last used Cune, but considering your opponent you'll want to pool the EVs into HP and Defense primarily, with some in SDef. That way (Thanks to Cune's high defenses) it should be quite easy to sit there for six CMs and then just bust up everything that gets in your way. Since your opponent is into low-PP moves it will play perfectly to your advantage as they'll soon run out of PP (Courtesy of Pressure) and thus be left struggling since the pokémon isn't allowed to switch.
Snorlax @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
Trait: Thick Fat
EV's: 240 HP / 152 Atk / 116 Def
- Rest
- Body Slam Double-Edge
- Shadow Ball
- Belly Drum Sleep Talk
Bow to Stalklax. With STAB Double-Edge it can cause major damage and thanks to Sleep Talk it can continue to do so even while it's resting off damage. Thick Fat is essential here since it helps you take Fire and Ice hits. ^^ I'd suggest Curselax, really, but I don't have the EVs for that. :O
Ninetales @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
EV's: 68 HP / 56 Def / 200 Spd / 88 SAtk / 96 SDef
- Flamethrower
- Confuse Ray
- Fire Spin Grudge
- Toxic Will-O-Wisp
And here we have the undisputable weak link. Seriously, this thing is a burden even on most UU teams and it will certainly not help here. *Sigh* At least put Grudge on it so it can un-PP your opponent off a crucial move which you can then exploit by sending in a pokémon that can actually do something. :O The EVs I don't have a clue of. Sorry.
Rayquaza @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EV's: 196 HP/ 252 Atk / 16 Def / 44 Spd
- Dragon Claw Hidden Power [Flying]
- Flamethrower Earthquake
- Ice Beam Rock Slide
- Thunderbolt Dragon Dance
First you go OU, then you throw in a random UU Ninetales and now you take an Uber? Urgh, learn about the metagames, please, both you and your friend. .___. Anyways, a wimpy Spec. Rayquaza isn't really that cool and a Salac on this thing (especially with max speed) is utterly redundant. Just go with a DD set, send it in against something that doesn't have any Ice attack and then DD up and sweep everything out of your way. The EVs are mostly guesswork, btw, but in a battle like this they should suffice. With DD you won't need that much speed.
Typhlosion @ Petaya Berry
Timid Nature
EV's: 32 HP / 252 Spd / 224 SAtk
- Sunny Day Substitute
- Flamethrower
- Earthquake Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunderpunch
Wtf is Earthquake doing there and what did you expect to pull off with Sunny Day? If it's a Petaya sweep you want then take one. Substitute to drop your HP down to Petaya and Blaze activation in a controlled manner (Shouldn't be a problem since your opponent is going all out) then try to sweep. Just make sure to send it in again a poke that slower than Typhlosion, otherwise you're probably screwed.
Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
Modest Nature
EV's: 140 HP / 100 Spd / 252 SAtk / 16 SDef
- Rain Dance
- Toxic Ice Beam
- Dive Surf
- Leech Seed Hidden Power [Grass]
Again, improvised EV spread, but in rain it should be able to outspeed the most and deal a nifty blow with STAB moves. I probably messed up the EVs, but such is life.
