Well, I need a sixth pokemon to finish my team. Yesterday I battled my friends (they only use legendaries) and I won, but I had some dificulties, especially with the Mewtwo they used against me.

I have (and used against my friends) a Lanturn, two Salamences (I want to replace one), a Typhlosion, a Kyogre, and a Umbreon.
These fu$#@$# Mewtwo KOed my two salamences before they could even react....
And I missed them in battle, they have power enough to finish these mewtwo , but a mewtwo is faster, and killed my dragons with ice bean or blizzard first.....

I need the best against a mewtwo , with 360 or more of speed to kill these mewtwo fast, sadly my defensive and slow umbreon can´t do that before these mewtwo finish my entire team first .
And, after that, I could win with no worries in mind...

So, help me to find THE BEST PKMN TO DEFEAT A MEWTWO IN THE WORLD, plz!

I would reccomend Ninjask because it is very quick and has a ability to boost its speed.
And just incase your not sure its fast enough a quick claw should be handy.
Another option is a Rayquaza with extremespeed but extremespeed isn't the most powerful attack ever so I'd go with the Ninjask but you'll need a good moveset to defeat a Mewtwo with a Ninjask.
Another reccomendation is take Lanturn out aswell.

I tried to use my Lanturn, but he used Psyquic and KOed it.
Ninjask is a good option, but does it have a good bug , dark, or whatever move to kill it in one shot?

well he can learn Solarbeam which does alot of damage.

but he is your only choice I think Mewtwo's base speed stat is 130.
and Ninjask is the only one with higher I think.

I have one to block his attacks already, he can´t inflict more than 1/4 of HP,it´s my Umbreon. And my "kitty" can handle him with no problem. But I´m talking about double battles and in my case the target isn´t my Umbreon, is my other pokemons....
Mine can easily perish in a battle against a Mewtwo.
I looked at Ninjask at the pokedex searching for a good moveset.
I think: Swords dance, Screech, Leech life, Double team would do fine. What do u think?

Not really as he needs a move to do an awful lot of damage. replace Screech with Solarbeam and he'll do fine.

Doesn't work at all. Leech Life is a pitifully weak attack, Double Team is a luck move which will never pay off for its insane setup time and Screech is pretty lol when you've already got Swords Dance. .___. A good Jask looks like so:

Ninjask @ Leftovers/Liechi Berry
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
Silver Wind/Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Substitute
Baton Pass

Jask is way too frail to fight on its own, it's meant to gather up Speed and potential Attack boosts then pass them on to a physical sweeper. Also, suggesting Quick Claw on Jask is lol. That item is garbage in its own right, but on Ninjask it loses all value since Speed Bost and Ninjask's insane base Speed let it outspeed everything else anyway. :O

If you need experience, dear sir, then the stickied guides here are for you. I'd warmly recommend reading them, they're not complete, but you should get a fair idea of what is and isn't good strategy. ^^

Your idea doesn't really hold, btw; if this is a double battle then Ninjask will blown out on the first turn. Unless maybe you go with some wild Protect-laced edition for partners to use Psych Up or Skill Swap on. Double battles are a whole different kettle of fish, unfortunately, but to make a useful suggestion I'd need to see what the pokémon on this team look like right now. Movesets please, otherwise there is very little anyone can do to help. However, I can immediately suggest dropping that Typhlosion as fire types and Drizzle don't play well together. Go with pokémon whose abilities support each other. .___.

My OU guide is complete, it is a bit outdated though I believe. I should start battling again to update it, then quit again. >_>

Smogon is for you.

Using two of the same Pokemon on one team is stupid. You're only going to double your weaknesses.

Since, it's a Double Battle, start with Kyogre and Kingdra. At least one Mewtwo will obviously target Kyogre with Thunder/Thunderbolt, so switch Kyogre to Blissey. Kingdra Hydro Pumps one Mewtwo, doing at least 70% damage and can finish it off if it hasn't died by then.
Blissey can help by paralyzing them, which helps Kyogre sweep the rest.

Kingdra @Lum Berry
Modest Nature
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Protect
-Toxic

Blissey @Leftovers
Calm Nature
Trait: Serene Grace
-Thunder
-Thunder Wave
-Softboiled
-Ice Beam

I don't think it's really complete since a lot of standard builds (E.g. Standard Claydol and Armaldo or any Umbreon builds) and their EV spreads aren't accounted for so even though you hear that they're common you won't really have a clue about what they're capable of if you base your knowledge on that guide. Just something that struck me when reading it. An updated version would perhaps be in order, yes. ^^

Anyways, I think the moral here is: never get your movesets from Serebii. Still, PPN remains in a league of its own with Blizzard/Hyper Beam/Rest/Snore lax. Piece of advice for the clueless: don't trust either of those sites on strategy.

There was really only a need for the listing of high OU Pokemon's sets.

Fair enough, but the point I'm trying to make that in order for it to be a complete OU guide it would, by definition of completeness, have to properly acknowledge all that falls within the metagame. If it were the 'guide on high OUs' then yes, it would be complete, but seeing as how it isn't...well, it's a near-complete guide on all of the OU.

Well you know there's almost like no point in posting lower used OUs like Blaziken for example because it's quite easy to counter him, hence why is not used as much as say Tar. I have listed main threats which probably needs an update but that's pretty much the only stuff you'll usually have to worry about.

Point taken about Blaziken, but Umbreon is a beast that can mess up unprepared teams (It did for me :O), and Claydol becomes relevant because it's a common counter for certain high OUs. Imagine someone relatively new thinking he's on a roll with his DDMence when the giant dolly jumps in and KOs it with an Ice Beam. Not pretty...still, there's really not much point arguing this further, is there? Couldn't we just move on? You know...stop wasting space? ^^

Umbreon is quite funny when you have Heracross xd. I suppose but Claydol is rarely used except for the old standard stall teams which have mostly all but died. Seems we both have good points. Not really wasting space with intelligent discussion, I mean this is much better than what is usually seen.
