I plan on adding another Submarineroid when I get a hold of another one.

My deck is basically attacking the opponent with Submarineroid(s) and using MBaaS and HMSP for getting obstacles out of the way.

Please give advice on my crappy deck and help me complete my side deck.

Err... no. Submarineroid maybe a very powerful monster that I love a lot as well, I seriously doubt that they can form their own deck type, just because the banlist shafted Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area B.

A lot of cards in this deck aren't very flexible... like the Heavy Mechs are total dead draws until you can get submarineroid and the lone Cyber Dragon. Peten is there... why? o.O; Yeah... Submarineroid can at most support a deck (and do it pretty well), it can't stand up by itself. Its fellow weenie friends just can't live. Really, i tried to think of a deck using Jinzo7 and Submarineroid... both machines, both attack directly, but it collapsed before I can think of half the deck ><;

Alright...
/me scraps that idea. >_<

Peten the Dark Clown is there because I suddenly have an obsession with him. He's so awesome with his defense and flexibility plus deck thinning. And yes, I know around half the time if he is used improperly he doesn't have the chance to activate his effect.
/me loves Graceful Charity + Peten the Dark Clown.

Peten's effect is easily understandable... You can only use his effect when it's the last thing to happen.

Okay, Peten is my most hated card. I have almost lost friends over this card's many rulings.

In answer to your question, yes, you need to run multiple Peten. Preferably 3. However, even if you don't have any others, you can still remove him from play. It just won't do anything.

Now I'm going to scream his other rulings, so anyone else who asks knows.

Peten is an OPTIONAL EFFECT. This means that he CANNOT ACTIVATE in the MIDDLE OF SOMETHING ELSE.

Example 1
Gemini Elf attacks Peten.
Peten is sent to the graveyard.
Peten asks "Do you want to remove me and summon another?"
Controller says "Yes."
Peten is removed from play, and a second Peten is special-summoned from the Deck to the Field.

Example 2
Opponent plays "Heavy Storm"
You flip up "Magic Jammer", discarding Peten.
Peten does not ask, as something is still happening.
Magic Jammer negates Heavy Storm.
Heavy Storm is sent to the Graveyard. (effect fizzles)
Peten's effect does NOT occur.

Example 3
You play "Graceful Charity".
You pick up "Ceasefire", "Breaker the Magical Warrior", and "Peten the Dark Clown".
You discard "Ceasefire" and "Peten the Dark Clown".
Peten asks "Do you want to remove me and summon another?"
Controller says "Yes."
Peten is removed from play, and a second Peten is special-summoned from the Deck to the Field.

Example 4
You activate "Pot of Greed".
Your opponent chains "Order to Charge", selecting their Mokey-Mokey.
Mokey-Mokey is tributed, and Peten is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.
Peten does not ask, because "Pot of Greed" hasn't resolved yet.
You draw 2 cards.
Peten's effect does NOT occur.

So you see, Peten's effect does not occur if he's sent there as a COST to activate something else, or in the middle of a CHAIN.
Anyway, I'm gonna test my deck out on a decent player and see how it goes.
