Porygon2 can take quite a few hits! Even from my jacked up Metagross. And by a few I mean roughly two. Porygon2 is one of those Pokemon that's fun to show off, but really isn't effective for battling. I'd switch him for a good psychic type.

Magcargo is meh. One of the weaker Fire types in game. I was always impressed with Torkoal, who can pack a punch and be able to take quite a few hits. In game, at least. I'm impressed you were able to calculate things right to get the correct HP, though.

Vileplume is one of my old favourites. One of the better SunnyBeamers, if you ask me. Again, kudos for being able to get proper HP moves.

Rapid Spin Explosion
Rapid Spin really isn't needed for an in-game team... I would replace it with Explosion, so you can make Claydol go boom when he's served his purpose. Rest isn't all that effective on Claydol, although he can serve as a decent dual Wall. Reflect and Light Screen are both viable options for Claydol. I have one myself, but I'm not too too impressed with him. I still love him anyways!

Return
Snorlax is one of those Pokes I hold a grudge against, ever since it took out my Blissey in BF. Return is okay, but also consider Headbutt, just for the chance of paralysis. Also consider a Chesto Berry, for a free Rest. This guy is a tank, and can take out any Special Wall, and many Special Sweepers.

Blastoise isn't too bad for a Water Poke. I'd take Milotic or Swampert over him any day, but Blastoise has some tanking capability. I wouldn't rely too much on rest, seeing as how it takes two turns, and is most effective on Walls... but in game, you should be fine.

Overall, decent team, save for two Pokes. But in-game, any well trained Poke can be effective. Also, unless you're working on Battle Frontier, I would give all of these Leftovers. Don't waste room on Shell Bells...they're cheap Leftover wannabes.
Also, could I interest you in any Steel pokemon? It's my favourite type, so I like to make sure people know the option is open. :-)
