Most of the Pokemon on this team are part water, so I know there are glaring weaknesses. But I do so love water types. Oh yes, and I have neither the knowledge of training for EVs or the inclination to learn to, so you can save yourselves trouble there.

[email protected] Mystic Water
Rash Nature; Volt Absorb Ability
Rain Dance
Thunder
Water Pulse
Thunder Wave
(Standard parafusion, Rain Dance setup. Mystic Water because Water Pulse, while it can confuse, isn't as strong as Surf. Rash to increase Sp. Atk and decrease Sp. Def so it heals a little more if someone uses an electric move on it.)

Swampert @Magnet
Brave Nature; Torrent Ability
HP Elec
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Surf
(Great for double-battles. I think HP's power is around 50 somewhere but I'm not sure.)

Latias @Leftovers
Mild Nature; Levitate Ability
Dragon Claw
Dragonbreath
Waterfall
Psychic
(Special sweeper. I know it's an uber and I know it's got two Dragon moves, but I don't know which to get rid of or what to put over it. It's also my only non-water type on the team.)

Corsola @Shell Bell
Hasty Nature; Hustle Ability
Ancientpower
Mirror Coat
Surf
Ice Beam
(In case you didn't notice, I like Ice Beam. I also think I should probably breed for another as Hasty is a lousy trait for a Rock-type. Corsola's stats aren't spectacular, but it's one of my favorites.)

Neither of the other slots are decided. I thought about something with a second type resistant to Grass (like Tentacruel or Walrien, although I'd prefer the first) and a pure Water with a good Ability (like Milotic), but I have no idea what to do with either one. Suggestions, please?

[email protected] Mystic Water Leftovers
Rash Modest Nature; Volt Absorb Ability
Rain Dance / Ice Beam
Thunder / Thunderbolt
Water Pulse Surf
Thunder Wave / Confuse Ray
(Standard parafusion, Rain Dance setup. Mystic Water because Water Pulse, while it can confuse, isn't as strong as Surf. Rash to increase Sp. Atk and decrease Sp. Def so it heals a little more if someone uses an electric move on it.)

Nah. A -SDef nature makes grass moves all the more painful on Lanturn. A ThunderDancer set works since it tempts unknowledgable enemies to use Thunder against it. And there's no risk since Lanturn is resistant to both the types that benefit from Rain Dance. And you'll keep Parafusion because Thunder already has a good paralysis chance, and Confuse Ray does its job 100%. Use Leftovers to abuse Lanturn's awsome HP. If you replace Rain Dance, replace Thunder. Otherwise, replace neither.

Swampert @ Magnet Leftovers
Brave Relaxed / Mild Nature; Torrent Ability
HP Elec Rock Slide / Rest
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Surf
(Great for double-battles. I think HP's power is around 50 somewhere but I'm not sure.)

Never use Hidden Power in game unless you do proper IV training. Whether you're in a double battle or not, Rock Slide or Rest will be better than Hidden Power of that type. Any nature that is -Spd is what is best on Swampert. But the most common are Relaxed and Mild. And NEVER use attack-boosting items such as the Magnet. They only increase the power of one type of move, thus hindering the other functions of your Pokemon. Leftovers is always the best.

Latias @ Leftovers
Mild / Modest Nature; Levitate Ability
Dragon Claw
Dragonbreath Ice Beam
Waterfall Recover / Thunderbolt
Psychic / Calm Mind
(Special sweeper. I know it's an uber and I know it's got two Dragon moves, but I don't know which to get rid of or what to put over it. It's also my only non-water type on the team.)

Boltbeamer. Dragonbreath is useless especially with Dragon Claw as your STAB move. If you have Soul Dew, use that in place of Leftovers. Otherwise, Just keep the Leftovers. Calm Mind is great on a SpecSweep Latias. And never, ever, use an HM move on ANY Pokemon unless that HM move is Surf. Surf is the only HM move that actually has a use in battle. For other HM moves, use both Tropius and Wailord as slaves.

Corsola @ Shell Bell / Leftovers
Hasty Brave Nature; Hustle Ability
Ancientpower / Rock Slide
Mirror Coat Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam
(In case you didn't notice, I like Ice Beam. I also think I should probably breed for another as Hasty is a lousy trait for a Rock-type. Corsola's stats aren't spectacular, but it's one of my favorites.)

You're breeding anyway, might as well get Earthquake. Abuse Hustle this way. Shell Bell is fine, but I recommend Leftovers.

Neither of the other slots are decided. I thought about something with a second type resistant to Grass (like Tentacruel or Walrien, although I'd prefer the first) and a pure Water with a good Ability (like Milotic), but I have no idea what to do with either one. Suggestions, please?

Walrein is not part-resistant to Grass. A good option for the last slot is Gyarados.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Surf
- Return / Double-Edge
- Dragon Dance

This set works for me.

If it doesn't for you, then try Azumarill. This is one Pokemon I severely underestimated.

Azumarill @ Leftovers
Trait: Huge Power
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Belly Drum / Defense Curl
- Focus Punch / Rollout
- Return

Sub up, Belly Drum, and kill them all. Jolly is better than Adamant imo since Belly Drum together with Huge Power is enough. Having a +Atk nature would be overkill, and is therefore unnecessary. Azumarill is a good Pokemon, but its movepool is undeservingly limited. If you go for the Rollout set, Defense Curl is a must.

And, yes. Milotic is a wonderful Pokemon to have on a Water-themed team.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
Calm Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Standard attacker set.

or

Milotic @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
Modest Nature
- Ice Beam / Surf
- Toxic
- Rest / Recover
- Double Team

Now, before you add me to your ignore list for even considering the thought of Double Team, let me explain. This is a very unorthodox moveset. Double Team is there to prevent the need of too much Recover usage. Rest is what I recommend since it triggers Marvel Scale. Anyway, Double Team... I faced one of these before, and let me tell you, it kicked my little glowing tail. Any shot that actually landed on this Milotic left considerable damage, but since it took so long before I could land another shot, it Leftovers'd the damage away. I ended up getting killed by Toxic. Even my Metagross got murdered by its Surf. The only way to defeat this Milotic set is to have continuous ThunderDancing. Don't be afraid of setup time for Double Team. Milotic's defenses will hold up. Watch out for Leech Seeding Grass-Poison hybrids. Although they won't be so much a problem (with you having Ice Beam, of course)... I strongly recommend this totally underestimated moveset.

Well, another Theme Team is formed. I wish you the best of luck, as any decent SunnyBeamer with Chlorophyll spells disaster for this team.

You are only limiting yourself by not taking the time to understand EVs, but it is your game. Fixes in bold:

Lanturn @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
Volt Absorb Ability
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam/Rest

- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Surf

- Thunder Wave/Toxic
(Standard parafusion, Rain Dance setup. Mystic Water because Water Pulse, while it can confuse, isn't as strong as Surf. Rash to increase Sp. Atk and decrease Sp. Def so it heals a little more if someone uses an electric move on it.)

This is not a good choice for your lead. Lanturn is best used to switch in to an Electric attack. Even the crappy AI isn't stupid to use an Electric attack with Lanturn on the field. Also, avoid using the low-boost items (Mystic Water) that only affect one move. If Lanturn doesn't use a Water attack, you might as well not have an item on it at all. Unless this is for the Battle Frontier where you are limited to one item per team, Leftovers are ALWAYS a great option. While I am at it, don't get sucked into using Water Pulse either. While you have a shot a confusing the opponent, you are missing out on hitting them harder with a more effective STAB attack. If you want good status, then go with Toxic. Lastly, Lanturn is not a good Rain Dancer. Use that slot for Ice Beam or even Rest. With BoltBeam, it is able to hurt almost all types, save a couple. Don't discount that. Rest though allows it to tank better, and you can even use Chesto Berry for a free sleepless rest too. Save your RD'ers for Pokes that actually benefit from it, like Kingdra.

Swampert @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
Torrent Ability
Brave Nature
- Rest/Protect/Curse
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Surf
(Great for double-battles. I think HP's power is around 50 somewhere but I'm not sure.)

HP [Electric] on Swampert is nice, 50 AP is not. A STAB Earthquake is going to do more damage to Water-types than a un-STAB weak HP [Electric]. That first slot should be Rest (for more tankage), Protect (for HP recovery in lieu of Rest), or Curse (to cause serious physical pain).

Latias @ Soul Dew
Levitate Ability
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Dragon Claw
- Calm Mind
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Recover

(Special sweeper. I know it's an uber and I know it's got two Dragon moves, but I don't know which to get rid of or what to put over it. It's also my only non-water type on the team.)

This thing sticks out like a sore thumb and makes Lanturn practically useless since it can do the same thing, only 10 times better. After a Calm Mind, a STAB Dragon Claw (not sure why you aren't using Soul Dew) ruins Pokemon. Thunder if you are going to use Rain Dance on your team, which you should. Thunderbolt if you aren't. Avoid using HMs not called Surf since they are all crap. Recover is a MUST on Latias, since it can basically last forever, especially in-game against the AI. Personally, if you are adding an Uber, why not stick with the theme and go with Kyogre?

Corsola @Shell Bell
Hustle Ability
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Recover

- Mirror Coat/Toxic
- Surf
- Light Screen

(In case you didn't notice, I like Ice Beam. I also think I should probably breed for another as Hasty is a lousy trait for a Rock-type. Corsola's stats aren't spectacular, but it's one of my favorites.)

This thing also sticks out like a sore thumb, but in the opposite way of Latias. It's stats are more than just unspectacular, they plain suck. To put it in perspective, ELEKID and MAGBY almost have the same stats as Corsola. It is your game though. With its low Atk/SAtk, you are better making this a support Poke to help your other Pokes that can actually do something, better. Use Light Screen to help protect against Electric/Grass attacks.

Neither of the other slots are decided. I thought about something with a second type resistant to Grass (like Tentacruel or Walrien, although I'd prefer the first) and a pure Water with a good Ability (like Milotic), but I have no idea what to do with either one. Suggestions, please?
Instead of Tentacruel or Walrien, I would highly suggest Ludicolo. You can make it a special sweeper (with Rain Dance and Swift Swim) or it can be an effective staller. The choice really depends on the rest of your team.

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Giga Drain/Leech Seed
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf

After a Rain Dance, it becomes faster than any non-Uber in the game. Two great STAB attacks and a good support move with Ice Beam. In 2v2, you can team this up with Swampert, with its great Ground resistance.

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim/Rain Dish
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Ice Beam/Toxic
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis

More of a staller that gets HP recovery from three moves, and its Trait if you choose Rain Dish.

The last Poke should be Kingdra. It has solid stats across the board and only on weakness to Dragon, to which it has a terrific counter (Ice Beam) and with Rain Dance it can be the fastest non-Uber Poke in the game, like Ludicolo. A good choice for your lead too.

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf/Hydro Pump
- Toxic

I would also take out Corsola and use Milotic, but again your preferences are your preferences. Good luck!

BTW - Speaking of Milotic, never, never, ever, ever, ever, ever use Double Team on Milotic. It is an absolute waste of turns that could be utilized more effectively. If you are looking for a way to prevent your opponent from attacking, go with Hypnosis instead. Put the opponent to sleep first and then you are free to attack or switch out to a proper counter. Double Team will ALWAYS fail you in the end. Not worth the setup at all.

Since it's an in-game team, might as well run with Kyogre for an automatic Rain setup.
