Is this moveset good for a Hasty Nature or would another one be better?

That is basically standard, although I have seen Wish and even Encore variations (in place of T-Wave) that were pretty good.

This is the one I usually use, the old standard, but I use Pikachu instead and the held item is Light Ball.

I like Naive Nature better. It's got no special weaknesses anyway.

Hasty is fine since physical moves take it down regardless.

It doesn't matter if it has no Special Weaknesses with a mediocre stat of 80. It has its weaknesses either way. Try out Encore or something on that, as it is awesome when you can keep stuff using a stat up move, while you kill it with FP/Thunderbolt.
