I was just trying out some random UU Pokémon and created this team:

Butterfree (M) @ (No Item)
Trait: Compoundeyes
EVs: 108 HP / 252 Spd / 148 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sleep Powder
- Thief

This is the thing that makes my team as cool as it is. Sleep Powder is lurve with Compoundeyes and Thief can really mess up your opponent's wall. Don't even ask what those HP EVs are for because I honestly don't know. O.o

Banette (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 204 HP / 52 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Knock Off
- Protect
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp

More item messing goodness. <3 Protect is for random stalling.

Sharpedo (M) @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 24 Atk / 252 Spd / 232 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Substitute

I used to think Sharpedo could only be useful as a CBer, but this thing hits alot more than the CB set and you don't need to switch out after one hit. Those Attack EVs are kinda pointless, but they make me feel more secure for some reason.

Electabuzz (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 104 Atk / 152 Spd / 252 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Focus Punch
- Light Screen
- Quick Attack
- Thunder

The EVs are probably messed up. Thunder because of cool parahax and extra power and Quick Attack for all those End/Subrevers that think they're cool.

Primeape (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Vital Spirit
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Cross Chop
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Rock Slide

The pig monkey is the definition of schmex. <3

Hypno (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 228 HP / 56 Def / 136 Spd / 88 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

Rate away.

If you want to try out UU Pokemon go with something better than Butterfree. On Banette Protect won't really do that much for you so I would just go with the standard Hidden Power Fighting. Sharpedo is alright I guess, it has like 10 different sets anyways. On Electabuzz I would go with Reflect over Light Scren.

The rest is ok I guess, but that is a wierd as team and I don't know if I should reccomend the standards or leave it be.

Personally, I'd use Substitute or Stun Spore over Theif. Double Powder is wonderful

Needs HP Fighting somewhere in there. Preferable over either Knock Off or Protect.

Sharpedo (M) @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 24 Atk / 252 Spd / 232 SAtk

Agreed. Surf or Hydro Pump might be a better idea in there, but this works fine.

Electabuzz (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 104 Atk / 152 Spd / 252 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Focus Punch
- Light Screen
- Quick Attack
- Thunder

The EVs are probably messed up. Thunder because of cool parahax and extra power and Quick Attack for all those End/Subrevers that think they're cool.

You won't be doing much with this if you ask me. Either go special sweeper with SubPetaya or experiment with Counter over Quick Attack and HP Grass/Ice Punch over Focus Punch with some HP EVs. It's not nice for Nidoking to walk over this.

Primeape (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Vital Spirit
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Cross Chop
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Rock Slide

Can't say I've seen Aerial Ace used before. I prefer Earthquake.

Hypno (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 228 HP / 56 Def / 136 Spd / 88 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

Rate away.

You don't need that much speed. Flood it into one of the Defenses.
Sorta ripped to pieces by physical sweepers for the most part. I guess that's why Rock types are so valued in the UU/NU metagames. Consider Golem or Reflect Solrock. BPLunatone could also be a good idea for Butterfree and a special sweeper Electabuzz. Also note that Bulky Waters have a bit of fun with this team, especially since Walrein started carrying HP Grass/Electric lately.

Due to popular demand, I shall put HP Fighting over Protect on Banette. And I obviously wasn't thinking clearly when I made that Electabuzz. I think I'll go with the Petayasweep version as it has proven to be extremely useful before, too. Thief Butterfree, however, will have to stay because of the cool factor. Besides, it's surprisingly effective.

Petaya Berry Electabuzz fails quite hard.

Electabuzz @ Leftovers
~Thunderbolt
~Ice Punch
~Hidden Power [Grass]
~Substitute / Cross Chop

Cross Chop generally fails considering Grumpig, Hypno, Slowbro, and Slowking are running around all over the place, it won't hurt much so I like Substitute.
