Basically I just use this and attempt to rape you with it :) :

Raikou @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 132 HP / 60 Def / 100 Spd / 216 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Reflect
- Thunderbolt

I'm a bit anchored on Reflect lately. No, it will not outspeed Adamant Dugtrio.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 SAtk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Explosion
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Thunder

Snorlax and Blissey won't know what Hit 'em!

Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 212 HP / 56 Def / 20 Spd / 220 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Leech Seed
- Seismic Toss
- Substitute

The original idea here was one of those cool typing combos with Ludicolo + Raikou (Which covers alot of special attacks, quite frankly). I couldn't use a regular set though, otherwise Raikou would get an easy setup. So I decide to use Seismic Toss! Might need some SAtk.

Skarmory (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 160 HP / 244 Atk / 104 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Rock Slide
- Spikes

HOLY FLYING METAL BIRDS, BATMAN! Surprisingly, I haven't had to use more than one layer of spikes, even with the most perfect chances of setting spikes up.

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 236 Atk / 224 Spd / 48 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

The actual Raikou counter of this team.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 236 HP / 120 Def / 56 SAtk / 96 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Protect

I originally had Gar, but Tyranitar and Salamence caused problems (Gar had no Ice Punch on the set I used). Ice Beam is a bit more prefered, but Salamence switches out most times (plus I can always counter vs the CBed version and Regice can come in on a Dragon Dance) And it can still handle Flygon with Counter and Hydro Pump. :).

It's actually done decent, but like most of my other recent teams, countering its weaknesses can become quite situational.

An Adamant Choice Band Skarmory? I dunno, man... that makes me a bit uncomfortable. Goes against the norms, but I guess it could work. Only thing that gets to me is Spikes with a Choice Band. lol, I'm one to talk, since I occasionally use CB on my Agiligross. But wouldn't Steel Wing serve a better purpose on this CBskarm than Spikes? Just an idea.

Spikes still works, as if you force a switch (Skarmory coming in on Aerodactyl's CB'd Earthquake, just for an example) you can use spikes as they switch out. Don't worry, I rarely use stuff regularly (or post RMTs about them) that I haven't tested out myself, or hasn't been confirmed by other good players.

Adamant for Skarm is pretty good because on Hidden Power [Ground], but what about the Impish nature? Also, why do people lead with Raikou?

Overall, a great team.

Adamant allows Skarm to hit harder and people lead with Raikou to rip through (or scare away) Bulky Water leads. I have been leading with Swampert lately and found I can get a Sub in while my opponents switch out (typically Mence or Electric leads, like Raikou for example).

To be honest, there's no real need to switch out Swampert from a Raikou. Hidden Power [Grass] won't OHKO.

Apologize myself for being elitist at the moment. I'm honestly trying to stop being a know-it-all.

The max atk a Regice can reach is 218. It is better to add curse and substitude in order to use focus punch.
And skamory may choose sleep talk instead of spike, since you do not have a pokemon can counter a Bremloom, Jumpluff and Belly Drum Smeargle

CB Skarm counters Breloom with Drill Peck. And I can't see how Jumpluff is a problem... Since BD Passing Smeargle is typically a Sporing lead, Raikou can KO that before it even starts the setup. It may not be able to outspeed Duggy, but Smeargle is roadkill.

Oh, and Synch, you can still outspeed Adamant Duggy if you pump the Speed just 4 more EVs. Where you take those away from, it is your choice. I'd probably remove a bit from Def or SAtk. The same Duggy in your team makes the perfect counter for the same Raikou.

Awesome team.

Cursing will only work while EQ or Exploding, not Focus Punching. The key to using FP on Regice is to catch Blissey and Snorlax off guard on the switch, in which with those EVs will do well over 50% on most EV spreads.

Though I appreciate NightLights support for my expertise, Skarm does not counter Breloom, though I'm obviously not worried about status on this team. I'm neither worred about Jumpluff, who really can't do anything to Ludicolo, and Smeargle is just not high on my priority list as a threat. I'd prefer to have survivability, as Raikou is turning STABed EQs into 3HKOs with Reflect (in some cases 4HKOs) with these EVs.

But yes, Breloom is a slight problem, if anyone ever gets around to using it.
