EVs: 188 HP / 60 Def / 68 Spd / 192 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Reflect
- Rest
- Thunder / Thunderbolt
Courtesy of Pyro, not too long ago. I'm undecided on Thunder or Bolt, since Thunder packs the power I need, not having CM and all, but Thunderbolt seems to screw up less.
I'd prolly run Thunder, since all it really is is Reflect, Hit, and run anyway.
Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 112 Def / 140 Spd / 16 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind / Hidden Power [Grass]
- Heal Bell
- Psychic
- Recover
Raikou backup. Almost perfect type coverage between the two, and Heal Bell makes the support even more flavorful. CM vs HP Grass, since I can stop Dugtrio from ruining my fun with Grass, and CM to stop Blissey's stalling.
Calm Mind. Psychic will easily wreck the hell out of Duggy anyday (you'll prolly have a CM Up when Duggy comes into play ;))
Skarmory (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 160 HP / 236 Atk / 112 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Rock Slide
- Spikes
When you have Reflect, Charm, and a good Defense stat even without EVs, you can afford to go kamikaze every now and then, and this team definitely needs it.
CB Skarm o_O
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 140 HP / 136 Atk / 120 Def / 112 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Charm
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Rest
Courtesy of Pyro once again, only more recently. Reflect + Charm is awesome.
I bet this'll stop Physical Sweeping.
Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 236 HP / 120 Def / 56 SAtk / 96 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Roar
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect
Tyranitar protection and the sole phazer.
sdfasdf
Dusclops (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 128 Def / 32 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Shadow Ball
- Sleep Talk
- Will-O-Wisp
Of course, it blocks spin, but it's also the sole Sleep Talker of the team, which is important for Gengar with Hypnosis, who currently does a good deal of damage to the team.
Since Clops doesn't have that much HP to run with, I dunno if it'll make it as a S-Talker.
A bit elitist/pompous for a title, but I got bored =/.

I'm getting a bit of a headache trying to think of weaknesses. :(
