First of all, do not give a Poke two attacking move of the same type. It is redundant and prevents your Poke from being very effective. As for your team, fixes and suggestions in

If this is strictly an in-game team, I would get rid of Groudon. It is the physical equivalent of Mewtwo. It is incredibly cheap and can destroy any Poke you will face in-game. It basically makes the rest of your team useless. If this is for link battles, Groudon is best used as a physical attacker. Swords Dance will boost its Atk by two levels, making it able to rip through entire teams. Avoid using the noobish Solarbeam. Its trait makes Water attacks do half damage and it makes its Fire attack already strong against Grass-types. Rock Slide is a great compliment to Earthquake since it can hit Pokes that EQ cannot and takes advantage of the higher base Atk while Solarbeam does not.
Swampert @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Rest / Protect / Substitute
Why use Muddy Water when you can use Surf instead? Also, why have Water-types on your team when your lead Poke cuts their attacks in half? Seriously, Groudon has to go. Focus Punch isn't a great option on Swampert since the pathetic AI doesn't switch out and you have to count on Subsititute for it to work. A STAB Earthquake will do just as much damage in the same two turns it takes Focus Punch to set up. Ice Beam is for the only weakness it has in the game. Rest and Chesto Berry will be much more useful to you in-game than Substitute.
Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch / Calm Mind
- Thunderpunch
Alakazam is one of the best special attackers in the game. Take advantage of that. Psychic for STAB, and then either three punches for type coverage or two punches and Calm Mind for more power.
Aggron @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Rock Slide
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
This is the Poke you want to use SubPunch with. You Thunder Wave the first move, and then Sub until either your opponent uses a non-attacking move and it sticks, or the 50% paralysis kicks in and it sticks. Now you have a free Focus Punch or a STAB Rock Slide to deal massive damage behind its super high base Atk. Do not bother with special moves on Aggron.
Rapidash-78
Fireblast
Overheat
Solor Beam
Bounce
Just say no to Rapidash. Too many better options.
Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
Using Thunder isn't smart since Groudon's trait cuts the accuracy to 50%. This is actually a fun Poke with a proper moveset. Ice Beam and Thunderbolt cover almost all types and Thunder Wave covers its lack of speed. Recover is a godsend here.
This is the current Pokemon Team i created, and it;s moves. I will later get what items they should hold, but first i want to make sure it would be a good team to have, and the moves seem okay..please crit and suggest what i should do.

Meh, not a very good team at all. Bad movesets and bad strategies. Groudon is really hurting this team. Either get rid of Groudon (and Rapidash), or include Pokes (like Exeggutor or Venusaur) that will actually benefit from Groudon's trait. Good luck.
