Uploading attachments...

Whenever I try to upload image files (jpg) as attachments, the results always are "Upload of file failed", yet I saw some other user ([url-inline=showthread.php?t=6434&page=252]in MCG[/url-inline]) upload a JPG image just fine. The permissions show that I "may post attachments". Is it something with just my account or are certain users prohibited from uploading attachments anymore?

(I know this has been brought up elsewhere, but it seems as if I'm unfairly being singled out for something. The attachments listing in the User CP is empty also.)

I could be wrong, but its something I've been noticing lately. PC is slowly slipping back into a state in which we get a crapload of DB errors and such (and might eventually slip back into that evil downtime we had in August), so it could be a possible reason. Other than that, I'm not really sure.

Hm...it worked fine for me with all four of them.
Maybe your connection timed out during the upload, or PC's server just had a hiccup in that time.
Does it work now, or is the problem still existing?
This signature has been disabled.
Height well exceeds 350px.
Please review and fix the issues by reading the signature rules.

You must edit it to meet the limits set by the rules before you may remove the [sig-reason] code from your signature. Removing this tag will re-enable it.

Do not remove the tag until you fix the issues in your signature. You may be infracted for removing this tag if you do not fix the specified issues. Do not use this tag for decoration purposes.
It's the same problem all over. I even tried it here and it stuck its nose up in the air as usual. I don't even do anything to interrupt once I click "upload", but it stops and says "failed" anyway by the time the files appear to all finish uploading (but never do anyway).

UPDATE: I've googld for a possible cause/solution but, unfortunately, it's on the VBulletin Support forums... (Hint, if the uploads are part of the server file system itself and not the DB, it likely has to do with the CHMOD settings
