EV stands for effort value which is basically something required to strengthen a Pokemon's certain stat.

Sorry but I'm not very good at helping with teams. :P

Sack all the Items that boost a specific move power. Like Soft Sand. They aren't very good, get leftovers mainly.

[email protected]
Nature:Doctile
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Dragon claw
Swords Dance
Looks ok, but i'm not sure on him. Definitely not Doctile, but I'm not sure on your best bet.

[email protected] Sand
Nature:Naughty
Earthquake
Toxic
Rock Slide
Double Team Replace DT... its just lame. Maybe crunch or something, not familiar with ttar really.

[email protected] Water (Sack stuff like this)
EVs: 212 Hp/252Def/40 Spec attack
Nature:Rash Bold all the way. (-attack, +def) You need max def on this guy
Recover
Hydro Pump Surf.
Rain Dance Hypnosis if you're going with recov. Or toxic.
Ice Beam

[email protected] (Leftovers...)
Not too fond of legendaries, but 252spec attack/252 Speed maybe? Dunno.
Nature:Rash (-attack, +spec attack IMO) I think its modest. You don't need attack. Spec def is good.
Thunder(tatally awesome combo) Eh, it has the rain thing, so i guess thats ok.
Water Spout No, Get surf, it doesn't matter how much hp you have...
Calm Mind
Swagger No. Confusion isn't too good, and its not worth boosting attack.

[email protected] Coat
252 Attack/Rest is up to you really. Prob a fair bit of hp, but you have agil to help with speed...
Nature:Timid Never, get Adamant (-spec attack, +attack) or something that just doesn't lower attack.
Meteor Mash
Agility
Psychic Earthquake
Thunderbolt(dunno what to put here) Rockslide/Filler
Metagross is a better physical sweeper IMO.

[email protected]
Nature:Lax
Psychic
Morning Sun
Psych Up
Bite
Dunno enough about him to help, Sorry.

Please help Me on my team!(also ask my questions)
EVs are Effort Values. They're like points that your pokemon gain. They go to Attack/Def/Spec Attack/Spec Def/Speed/Hp based on what pokemon you defeat. You get 1-3 usually (Macho Brace boosts, so does Pkrs) and sometimes its to more than one stat. (Look in a pokedex like Serebii.net's). When you get 4 of them, its equal to 1 point in that stat. You have a max of 510 EVs, 255 per stat. never put more than 252 in a stat because it will just be a waste (because of divis by 4). Hope that helps a little. I tried to give some EVs, but i'm not so great with them.

Hope that helps a little bit... sorry if i messed up, its 3am and i'm heading to bed =P

Remember this. DO NOT USE DOUBLE TEAM WHAT SO EVER. It sucks and shows you a noob wif its evasion skills. No skill at all. Don't use it. It's crap.

Also, don't use items like Mystic water, soft sand, magnet, etc.

Ice Beam

Owns. Use this sucker wisely.

[email protected]Leftovers

This is deadly. Calm Minder to raise its SP atk and SP def and Kyogre has high SP atk. Surf and Ice Beam are good moves, Drizzle powers up Surf. Also, Thunder becomes 100% accurate due to Drizzle.

no. use something like alakazam.

Use the cloning glitch to get all these leftovers.

BTW= EVs are Effort Values. http://serebii.net/pokedex-rs/ev.shtml Read that in the link to fully understand. :D

Oh, you silly people...hasn't anyone noticed that Flygon can't learn SD and Metagross can't learn T-Bolt? If he's got that on a Flygon then he's cheating and can just do the same to get through the whole game. xP

Anyway, on to the pokes:

Half-arsed spec. sweeping attempts make Flygon a sad dragonfly-thingie. T_T Really, it's at its best with physical moves so stick to that. Since you can't get Quick Attack without breeding and Hidden Power is pretty much out of the window because it's ingame I suppose Screechgon is the way to go. It's pretty cool anyway, but the nature is just plain terrible. xP

Double Team Focus Punch

Ehh...yeah, Lugialord actually got this one right. Double Team is a pitiful luck move and Toxic on a might sweeper like Tyranitar is just lol. Here's an optional set that doesn't require breeding like DDTar.

[email protected]Mystic Water Leftovers
Nature:Rash
Recover Rest
Hydro Pump Surf
Rain Dance Sleep Talk
Ice Beam/Toxic

Rain Dance on Milotic is sad, but Rain Dance on a team with Kyogre is even worse. What do you take Milo for? A sweeper? <.< Anyway, I've always advertised the STalker for its superior walling provess, so yeah. Optional set.

[email protected]Magnet Leftovers
Nature:Rash
Thunder(tatally awesome combo)
Water Spout Surf
Calm Mind
Swagger Ice Beam

Yeah, already covered. Allthough really, Kyogre on an ingame team is just pitiful, while Swagger on anything outside double battles is just...gwah, don't do it. @[email protected]

[email protected]Metal Coat Choice Band
Nature:Timid
Meteor Mash
Agility Explosion/Sludge Bomb/Shadow Ball
Psychic Earthquake
Thunderbolt(dunno what to put here) Rock Slide

Again with the moves that can't be learned. If you've got a cheated, T-bolting Metagross then I fail to see why you don't just play through with the instant KO cheat while you're at it. -.- The nature is absolutely terrible, by the way.

[email protected]Twistedspoon Leftovers
Nature:Lax
Psychic
Morning Sun
Psych Up Calm Mind
Bite Baton Pass

Poor Espy...and you do realize that Kyogre's rain is going to weaken Morning Sun, right? :\ But yeah, it's a pretty suck poke, and that nature doesn't really help either.

Please help Me on my team!(also ask my questions)
Terrible natures and some pretty awful moves, and don't even get me started about the synergy issues. Really, just say no to ingame ubers. xP

The cloning glitch is in R/S/E.Can't believe you've never heard of it...Here's how it goes.

1-Go to Battle Tower
2-Deposit the 2 Pokemon in the PC you want to clone @ items(any Box)
3-Get off the PC and save
4-Withdraw the same Poke from Step 2
5-Go to the lady behind the counter closest to you(Multi-Battle link lady in Emerald)
6-Make a challenge like you normally would with the 2 Cloning Poke.Keep going when she saves your progress
7-When you get up to the part where the screen says "Would you like to save" and you HAVE AN OPTION of Yes or No,turn off your game
8-When you turn on your game the cloning Pokemon should be in your party and PC

*At first try useless Pokemon and items.Since this is a glitch, you have a very very slight chance of losing your Pokemon especially if turn off on the wrong step.I've never lost anything.Hope this works for you.

To understand the importance of following those steps exactly, I lost a Modest EV trained Kyogre for skipping a step.

pichuman, about the EVs-4=1 stat point, but you don't nessessarily get the stat point(s) as soon as you level up.It means your Pokemon will have another stat point in that category eventually.
But they might come as soon as you level up.Like my Houndoom w/Macho Brace fought a lot of Spindas and gained 9 Sp.Attack points when it leveled up.Here are some good examples for EV training in R/S/E:

HP -Exploud,Haryama,Walrein
Attack -Sharpedo,Machamp,Shiftry
Sp.Attack -Spinda,Cacturne,Beautifly
Defense -Clamperl,Skarmory,Sandshrew
Sp.Defense -Altaria,Dustox,Dusclops
Speed -Manetric,Linoone,Crobat

The pre-evolves usually work too.If the Pokemon you battle has a dominant stat, that will be the area you gain your EVs in.
