This is a team more like one I would've built when I first started netbattle. Cept now the EVs shouldn't be screwed up... and I'm at the point where I won't try using a Subpunching Sableye.
It's a BL-ish team. Gotta credit Synchro and Smogon for the EVs on some of these guys.
Gengar (M) @ Leftovers ** Gen
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 112 HP / 76 Def / 184 Spd / 136 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hypnosis
- Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp
I usually like my Gengars with Destiny Bond but this works very well.
Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers ** Draco
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 120 HP / 168 Atk / 56 Def / 104 Spd / 60 SAtk
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Thunderbolt
Thunderbolt is less powerful but it works. Dragonite is a much better Dragon Dancer than Salamence. With Salamence I could get in one DD at most, with Dragonite I usually get 2 at least! 3 quite often. Usually comes in when my opponent doesn't switch out their sleeping or burned Pokemon.
Lapras (F) @ Leftovers ** Candy
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 36 HP / 112 Def / 160 SAtk / 200 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Thunder
Way better than Dragonite at Heal Belling. Laughs at Suicune and Vaporeon and zaps them. Lapras I think can afford the accuracy gamble with Thunder.
Blastoise (M) @ Leftovers ** Taco
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 216 HP / 148 Def / 64 SAtk / 80 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Rest
- Surf
Bulkying and spinning.
Hariyama (M) @ Leftovers ** Buu
Trait: Guts
EVs: 12 HP / 172 Atk / 160 Def / 164 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Cross Chop
- Bulk Up
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Knock Off
I thought this would be interesting to try. I used to have Sceptile here but it gave me a nasty Snorlax weak.
Steelix (M) @ Leftovers ** Ganeru
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 164 Atk / 96 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Roar
- Rock Slide
I like CBlix with Iron Tail better but this is safer to use I guess...
It felt good building this team after building a team with such massive OU-ness.
