take recover off zam. give him shadow ball or energy ball, or focus blast. maybe firepunch/thunderpunch/icepunch if you're into that.

also why did you put hp on your zam? smarter would have been ev training for 252 spd, 252 sp atk, and 4 hp.

also if you are ev training your jolteon for atk then why give it special moves like thunderbolt?

looks like you messed up your ev training for the probopass. were you trying to make it a tank? if so you shouldve focused those ev's into defense and sp def.

Nooo! Blasphemy!

In this generation, the elemental punches are physical. And unless you want to surprise your foe and do, like, 5% damage to them, then go ahead and use them.

But Recover is risky with Zam; he doesn't have the defense to pull it off. I'd go with Psychic/Calm Mind/Energy Ball/Focus Blast OR Shadow Ball.

Return on Gyarados is useless. Get Waterfall. No offense, but there should really be at least one water move on a water type.

Fair enough, he probably though waterfall was special. an easy mistake to make.
Other than waterfall though, most water moves are useless on it (spatk-60, atk-125)

@ Alakazam - Probably he wont be able to use calm mind, unless the opponent is switching too much.

@ Probopass - replace this thing, has many common weaknesses to be a good wall.

@ jolteon - it should be 252 Sp Atk

Physical wall - you could get a miltank or skarmory
Special Wall - you can use the ever popular blissey. Dusknoir , Umbreon , Cresselia are other very good options.

What is your Garchomp's Special Attack IV? If it's close enough to it's Attack IV, consider replacing Fire Fang with Fire Blast.

You need a Pokemon that can set up Spikes or Stealth Rock and that can use Rapid Spin as well.

You dont NEED it, But it is highly suggested. In the current metagame for pokemon it is very advantagous of most players to use spikes to set up for their opponents to switch. Rapidspin counters this but not every one runs either of these strats. If your team is prepared for it in some fashion then you should be fine. A hazer i would suggest(a pokemon with roar or haze) to stop those people from using calm mind or dragondance for free. Also, Jolteon in my experiences will probably be best if you used him as a baton passer to support your team. But what you wanna do with him is completely up to you. A baton pass move list would look something like this.

Thunderbolt
wish
baton pass
agility/shadowball

You're on the right track. Well kind of anyway.

Alakazam / Timid / Synchronize / Leftovers
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Energy Ball
4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Alakazam doesn't have the defenses or HP to put EVs on.

Jolteon / Modest / Volt Absorb / Cheri Berry
-Thunderbolt
-Toxic
-Protect
-Thunderwave
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
You'd probably want to replace this. Use Zapdos instead.

Probopass / Naughty / Sturdy / Shuca Berry
-Lock-on
-Zap cannon
-Stone edge
-Rest
252 HP / 64 Atk / 64 Def/ 64 SpDef / 64 SpAtk
While you're at it, replace this too, with something like Gliscor or Donphan.

Gyarados / Adamant / Intimidate / Leftovers
-Dragon Dance
-Aqua Tail / Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
128 HP / 176 Atk / 28 Def / 176 Spd
This team needs a Special Tank. Something solid like Snorlax or Blissey could help.

As for Alakazam, they are covering movesets on it, along with natures and evs, at www.serebii.net. They should have some good stuff there.

Oh, and Iceman, lemme ask you something. Could Dragon Dance be replaced with Rain Dance? I doubt it, but...

Rain Dance is only useful on Sweepers that run off of Swift Swim. Gyarados has absolutely no use for it.

Either post useful advice or don't post anything at all. Seriously, I see that far too much and it's irritating.

You mean that Miltank comment? Yes, annoying. But he should have a replacement for Zapdos as well, in case there's a "no legendaries" rule. I've been running into those alot.

Actually, now that I look again, someone posted Miltank as a Physical Wall. I guess she was posting on that. But she did a lousy job. I'm no Miltank expert, but thats not right. Rollout is useless on all.
