Too many dragon attacks. I'd remove Shadow Claw off of Garchomp and replace it with Fire Blast or Fire Fang.

Woah woah.... YOu gotta back it up. WAY too many dragon attacks on your team. I dont think you need to be THAT afraid of dragons running your face into the ground. You also have WAY too many pokemon that will get ran over because they have too many stat boosting moves. Unless you are EXTREMELY good at prediction, I dont suggest you do that. What i do suggest for your team is that you give your pokemon specific rolls to portray through out your matches.

Milotic

Surf
Icebeam
recover
Hypnosis/mirrorcoat

Sceptile

Substitue
leech seed
energy ball
x scissor

Dragonite: fine

Ttar
Dragondance
crunch/shadowclaw?(over darkpulse)
Earthquake
brickbreak/something else?

For a minor note, you'll be reading the whole "Gyarados Bait" thing a LOT in this post.

Stone Edge offers a little more coverage than Thunderpunch does, so it's an optional choice worth considering.

sceptile
Substitute
Leech Seed
Hidden Power (Ice)
Leaf Storm
2 Grass attacks on Sceptile is a no.

milotic
surf
Rest
Sleep Talk
dragon pulse / Ice Beam
Ice Beam is optional if you want to attack Grass Types.

tyranitar
dragon dance
earthquake
Stone Edge
Crunch

Gyarados screws Dragon Teams, end of story.
