You use the [IMG] tag. Then just put the address of the picture (URL) and place it in the middle.

Or you could just click on the picture of mountains when you make a post and all you need to do is provide the URL.

The "Mountains" would be this:

Here's a quick tut on how to do so...
Type
[IMG]
put the direct URL of an image right beside it, like so:
[IMG]http://pokecommunity.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif
And lastly, add
[/img]
so you have

Also, whenever you post, there is a white smilie face.

If you click that, and scroll to the bottom of the list, you can click "Show All Smilies". This will bring a pop-up window that'll show you all the smilies that you can use on PC. This is where some people get their icons in their posts, by typing a code.

Just another way to get the pre-set ones. What the others have posted is if you want to use another image.

I know how to do that!

I mean like how this site has a code. ex, {ivysaur} :venusaur:

Almost like a Pokemon smiley.

Check Psypokes.

they have this code.

{flareon} {shellder}
The full smilies list - might be worth a look, especially if you can't remember all the numbers for all the pokemon. Reason being:

When it comes to Pokemon-related icons, we don't have a code that uses their names (except for a few icons, as can be seen in that list). The closest thing we have is the script for the Trozei icons, which goes by number ( :t[numberhere]: ) instead of names.

For example, :t 157: (but without the space) will give you this: :t157: Just change the number to get the pokemon you like, though of course the selection is limited only to what pokemon appeared in Trozei (since that's all we have).
